I noticed a few posters still updating here. Well done on reaching the first target. :T Keep us updated with your progress and/or another threads details if you find/create one for the next stage of 3-6months salary.
I've got to dip into my EF unfortunately for a new boiler that has just gone boosh. Will be updating things in a few weeks when we have the work done as I'm not sure how much I will need to add to 'other money'.
For now though, it's a case of plod along and don't touch it until the last minute when the work gets done.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. I still post here. I've looked for another one, but haven't found one. I don't feel I should start my own as there are times when I'm not on here very often so would leave it abandoned at times.Starting a new debt free journeyStarting Debt: £5,250Current Debt: £4,995.50Amount Paid: £254.50 Percentage Paid: 4.84%Emergency Fund: £3500 -

Hi All,
I would love to join in - can I have a number please?!
I'm starting with £55 but it will be a couple of months until I can add any large amounts, so for now it will just be dribs and drabs when I can manage it.
Thanks!0 -
Welcome Snorkypants, you are member #130. Goodness me how our numbers have grown. I'm quite amazed at just how many folks have joined me in my journey to build a safety net.
