Hi Banwa
I think it was in the region of 30k and has taken them about 4-5 years (I don't know exact figures).
They had a dmp.
I'm so very proud of themthey're now working out what to do with the spare cash they will have every month :T

You are right to be proud of them as they should be of themselves, that's a brilliant achievement. Bet their emergency and holiday fund will now increase very nicely.
Your own DFD will come round before you know it and you will have it all down in your diary to reflect back on......the challenges, the successes & feelings so keep at it, you are doing so well!!

Hi Dipdap, been reading through your diary and it is very good. Keep on feeling motivated and you will get the results you want!
One thing I could mention, which may help your finances and your OH health in the long run, have you considered an E-Cig? The outlay for one of these is £20, and £4.95 for a refill every couple of weeks. It has reduced my cost of smoking greatly! Plus, I can smoke it indoors when the weather is horrid!Barclaycard - 0/221.78 Aim January 30th 2015

Hi mpjames
thanx for reading my diary.
I think he has considered ecigs and the jury is probably still out. I'm not going to force him into deciding, hopefully one day he will stop though
I think he may think I was trying to prove a point after I bought him value coffee when we ran out this weekend :rotfl: payday has now come around so one of the first things I did today was to nip out and buy him some proper coffee (he does love that little coffee machine)
Had a mammoth spend day today  better jot it all down (I'm gonna review all my spending figures in the morning as I think the last few days may not have been entirely accurate)
£125.79 on diy (new flooring for my kitchen ( and :j as we got it for well below the amount I budgeted))
£15 on a new coat for one of the kids (all kids have coats now)
£0.70 on a gift
£4.50 on dancing
£9.46 on food shopping (bread, fizzy pop, coffee, yogurts)
£6.80 on diy (exterior paint)
£1.90 on eating out
£40.36 on fuel
Total spent today = £204.51
Will finish this when I get up in the morning

Good morning diary, just noticed I haven't worked out my overall spend for the 3rd week of this month (ooh and the 4th week).
This month really is going too quick.
I think we were optimistic when we thought we'd have the house on the market in September :rotfl:Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
