Hi ya
Thankyou, it went pretty well
I didn't really like the second estate agent much, he waffled on way to much for me (short attention span!). The first one was much more friendly but he has been here before (6 months ago when we first got agents in to value the house).
They both gave similar valuations, quoted similar fees too.
Valuation was in line with what we expected/hope to get so all is good.
Just need to get the house finished off over the weekend and get back to the agents on Monday.
 balls started rolling now, my nerves will set in soon :eek:Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Going to speak to the estate agent today, hopefully get the ball rolling with this selling malarkey. House should be going on the market just after Christmas into the start of the new year :j
