Anything else will be decided by the administrators
Hmm not sure if that helps my son's case or not, even if his phone has been dispatched it was being dispatched to the store, if the stores still haven't reopened he's unable to collect his phone0 -
The stores are not opening today so they can brief the staff. So they will probably be open again tomorrow. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

please wait until later today when the Administrators will make a statement
everything until then is pure speculation
The forum Team are also likely to make a news story with all the information you need once they have had time to look at the legalities/implications etcEx forum ambassador

Can he track the phone to see if on way to store (or not)
I say that because I received update emails / texts / tracking for general merchandise ordered to collect in stores.
(not sure with P4U)0 -

Assets are allocated by the Administrators - and customers with outstanding claims are likely to get virtually nothing. Airtime contracts are with the network, but I wouldn't expect cashback, free gifts or anything else. It's better to assume they've all dropped off a cliff (to paraphrase) and anything you can revover will be a bonus. The only exception would be if the administrators could somehow salvage part of the business (which is one of their objectives) - but I wouldn't hold my breath.
They haven't gone into liquidation.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

insurance will be via a 3rd party so its fine i would assume
for those with twitter

is looking for questions , make sure no-one else has already asked the same
Again to those asking me Phones4u questions pls inc the #MSEphones4u tag my team will go through it in the AM
Dunno about that as it was administered through the stores, and Policy Administration Services Limited, a Phones 4u group company
it also includes a guaranteed value for your phone, which obviously cant apply if the store doesnt exist0
