Interesting. See it's around the £100 mark I would have probably happily spent on the Apple Watch, as I like the convenience of it and what the watch accompaniment is trying to do, but it's over £200, and its just too much to even consider for something as basic as it is.0 -
Just had an exchange with an EE salesperson, who said price plans aren't going to be revealed til 8am Friday, when pre-orders go on sale.
Straight up hustle, really, when US networks have already announced their plans.0 -

The UK networks have done this every launch, they just don't get themselves organised until the actual launch day.====0 -
To all those touting it as a waste of money... just like everything in life, if you don't want it or can't afford it. Don't buy it.
Some of use are very money saving but still like to have what we percieve to be nice things. I find it hard to believe none of you have ever bought soemthing which you don't need.0 -

To be honest the Apple watch is no different to the Motorola watch in that it ties you in. i like the Motorola 360 but as its android phones only it cuts off Apple uses.
Ill stick with my pebble too..0 -
I think it's phenomenally arrogant of the EE website to plaster iPhones all over its shop pages
Want to look at an Android tablet, or a monthly mobile broadband contract with a dongle? Choose from 16 different iPhone deals, with no way of closing that page.0 -

I noticed this but I'm pretty sure the whole site is just that one page because the sheer volume of bandwidth is crashing these sites, so they reduce it to a single page with the info what the visitors are there for.0 -
While you can't buy the 6 at any kind of discounted price - you can still be moneysaving about it. My O2 contract has just ended (the 2 yrs always end in line with an iphone launch!). I preordered this morning, it took just a couple of minutes on the carphonewarehouse site. I've stayed on exactly the same tariff at exactly the same price I've been paying for years and years so no change there there. I paid £129.99 (gold 6 64gb) The moneysaving bit is I got £26 for going through topcashback, I've arranged for my current iphone 5 to be recycled and they are paying me £185, plus I got another £8 cashback for the recycling. Thats means I'm left with about £90 and still paying out the same amount per month as I have been for ages. Oh and I get a shiny new gadget next Friday- yay!0
