You're right, an iPhone 6 isn't MoneySaving but we try to help people save money on anything they plan to buy, whether it's an iPhone or something else.
As Martin used to say when Concorde was still flying.. if you have to go by Concorde then buy your ticket at the best price you can
Yeah I think it's completely relevant. I'm a money saver but I'm still going to be getting the iPhone 6! MSE will surely be offering the best deals on getting it, thats helpful.0 -

You are on the wrong site
May I respectfully suggest you get another job, perhaps on MWE(Money Wasting Expert. com)
:rotfl:
I agree! MSE should promote handsets such as a £12.99 Nokia 6080, after all what can the iphone 6 do that the Nokia 6080 can't? Like you say this is a [STRIKE]penny pinching[/STRIKE] money saving site0 -

This sums up my opinion. A lot of people seem to think MSE is about getting the cheapest thing. IMO it's also about getting what you want for the best deal. If people want an iPhone then help them get it cheaper, don't tell them they're stupid for wanting one and that X does it cheaper. Otherwise people will be being told that they shouldn't buy a Golf as a Dacia Sandero will also get them from A to B or to buy a one bed flat instead of a two bed semi.0 -
Happy with my NOTE 3What happens if you push this button?0

Here's one for you lot, when it comes to the preorder for this, do you have to have the money on the card you use to preorder?
I bought a custom Mac from the online store and when I did that I think they check you have the money in there before they even start building it.
I get paid literally on the day of release, so am I assuming right that I can pre-order, then when it comes to release day they'll charge me and then ship it out on the day?0 -
What would be useful is a MSE code that gets you a discounted iPhone 6.
50% off please.0 -
Can someone tell me why last night Tim Cook announced the prices as $199 and $299 for the cheapest models of iPhone 6 and 6+ And yet the Uk prices are more than double ? When sure our price with conversion rate should be around £130 give or take a few quid?0

Those prices are with a 2 year contract. The UK prices are to buy the phone outright.0 -
i dont get the point of a smart watch when you can just get the iphone or some other smart phone. if i have a watch all i want is for it to tell the time and have an alarm. most watches do that for a lot lower price.
i would love an iphone but have never owned one simply because they are over priced. how can they justify charging more for a phone than you would pay for a computer? i believe they break easily and if you want to use it as an alarm clock you have to keep it turned on over night for it to work. this is a stepback from my 7 year old phone were the alarm will work even if the phone is turned off.0 -

As an update to myself for anyone else that wants to know, if you pre-order with Apple Store online it will check your payment source if it has the funds before accepting the pre-order.
Sadly this means that, for me, I have to wait till my pay day which is on the 19th and maybe try get one on release day by queuing up!0
