I ordered the trial pack over a month ago, but have only just got around to using it so thought I'd google expected results. Came across endless threads like this one instead! Now I'm panicking. I've checked, and the £1 payment left my account on the 19th of September, there have been no other debits since then and currently nothing pending. Maybe I got lucky as it's been over a month now? I've just cancelled my card, just in case, but will that be enough to prevent them taking payments from my account? For instance, I'm concerned they may have set up a direct debit that I'm not aware of yet. Is that possible? Should I just stop worrying and be very grateful that I got lucky on this occasion?0

Dragon83, I'm in exactly the same situation. I used the thing last night for the first time having ordered it on the 23rd of September. I looked up reviews to see what results to expect and freaked out. I went to my bank, they were very helpful, asked me to call the number at the back of the card from their telephone to talk to someone who deals with cards, I explained the situation and they advised me to cancel my card. I was also assured by the bank that if I cancelled the card there is no way for them to take any money from my account. Someone on here said that even of you cancel the card it doesn't void the contract. S0

Cancelling the card may well stop more money leaving your account, but it does not mean that you no longer owe the money.
Just cancelling the method of payment does not cancel the underlying contract. You are strongly urged to cancel your agreement with the supplier using the method you agreed at the time of signing up.0
