Why on earth would you want to post links to scam sites?
All that does is increase the opportunities for the more gullible amongst us to reach the wrong website.0 -

So, this weekend I submitted my report to Action Fraud, using the information we now know about Kaszubsky's current business address. It was a simple, 20 minute online process, and today I received the response below. I draw everyone's attention to the sentences I've underlined. If you are a victim of this scam, and you want something done about it, you should file your own report. Only if ActionFraud receive enough complaints are they likely to take any action. If you are a member of the Facebook site, please pass this information across.
Dear Mr xxxxxx,
National Crime Reference Number: XXXXXXXXXX
Password: XXXXXXXX (please keep this password secure)
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been a victim of crime. Thank you for taking the time to report to Action Fraud.
Our aim at Action Fraud is to make the process of reporting fraud and internet crime easier. However, we do not have investigation powers. The reports we receive from victims are sent to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) which is also part of the City of London Police, the national lead force for fraud.
Experts at the NFIB review the information which you give us to assess whether there is enough information to send to a law enforcement body like the police service for investigation. It is not possible to investigate every report received. We aim to provide you with an update on your report in writing after 28 days, if not before.
Please be assured that by contacting us you are giving the police vital information that they need to protect you and others from criminals, prevent further crimes being committed, and bring offenders to justice.
You should keep safe any evidence which you feel may be important, and if you need to contact us again you will need your crime reference number and password as detailed above. You can add more information to your crime report and find help and support online at ActionFraud or by calling 0300 123 2040.
Thank you once again for taking the time to report this crime with us.
Yours sincerely,
Pete O'Doherty Director of Action Fraud and the NFIB

Hi Everyone! I have also been scammed by this company and I am in the process of trying to get refunded. Since joining Whitetime con Facebook page, I have read lots of advice people offered me and the support is great. I strongly recommend joining WHITETIME CON Facebook page as there is some useful advice and support.
I have also reported this to Actionfraud police and they said to me today that they have sent this to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. We need everyone to report this so something can be done about this!! I have been scammed £450 in total from this company and I have not even received anything from them!!!!0 -
I have tried but Natwest say no as it's in the T&C's (however when I ordered the T&C's there were no T&C's, but there is now!) However as I have not received anything from them, my bank are sending me a non-receipt goods form and once I return, they will send me a refund in 7-10 working days if the company can't provide proof of delivery.0

I meant seeking a chargeback for non-delivery.
You have paid money for goods which have not been delivered... a clear case for a chargeback if ever there was one.
As you say, you should receive a refund in due course.0 -
I too have been had!! Such a fool best advice after speaking to the bank is cancel your card (as I have done) they have already used 2 names to debit first the £1 postage and then the £99.99 uk whitetime & bright smile I've heard there are many other names they use to debit,, banks can only stop the names I gave which are the two I've said but can not stop others so cancel your card0

Maxine, have another read of post #38.0 -
I got a letter from Barclays saying they had found out that a charge from this company has been done recently. Even though it went through they have kind of stopped it and they are requesting me to confirm it's a fraud. I already have my card cancelled so no more charges should be coming through but I've noticed that they're now using the name Whitetime Professional instead of Whitetime Whitetime they used to use.0
