Hi, I also was scammed had £99.99 taken out of my account today X 2 so £198.00 and my bank won't do anything about it. I am now overdrawn and because i have no agreed overdraft will be incurring hefty charges. My bank said that they cannot do anything about it as in their terms and conditions. I read there website 3 times for terms and conditions and didnt see anything. Their website keeps changing, whitetime Professional because today i looked on their and terms and conditions are now on available. I have been crying all day I have 3 weeks until i next get paid and wondering how am i going to feed my kids for 3 weeks with no money. i have been in so much debt recently and borrowed so much money. I have now read he is a multi millionaire Piotr Kaszubsky and he is now staying in london near Canary Wharf in a luxury apartment. He is moving very soon because he knows people are on to him in the European market and gonna take his scamming !!!! elsewhere. Although he has applied to start on a business course in London. Polish websites have him as a young enterprentner who has earned his money be marketing.0

I replied promptly with:
"You do not make the terms and conditions clear, there is not a link to any terms and conditions from the free trial home page. You do not ask the users to agree to your terms and conditions on ordering by using a tick box meaning I have not entered into a contract with you. You did not send me a contract or proof of purchase. As far as I am concerned this is a scam and want my money back."
But no answer.....
I've posted onto their FB page but it just gets deleted.0 -

Hi I ordered this product on Facebook too as I thought it was only 1 pound , when I received the package it looked rather rogue so I read up on some reviews about it . Once I noticed it was a scam I rang my bank and cancelled my card and had a new one issued out with a different card number so they couldn't take the money . I also thought it was kind of weird I didn't get an confirmation email to say I had even brought the product. Even tho I have cancelled my card does anyone know if this would stop them trying to get the money I also use internet banking so I swap a lot of my money around in different accounts just in case please help ;/0

Cancelling the card will not have the desired effect.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and probably the others, all have processes in place to ensure that the charge can be made against the underlying account.
Moving money out of the pertinent account would not help either... it just becomes a debt you owe if it cannot be paid at the time of asking.
Cancelling the method of payment very rarely cancels the contract.0 -

Search google for whitetime e-petition .
It's titled STOP THE FRAUDULENT REMOVAL OF FUNDS FROM ACCOUNTS WHITETIME.. Please add your signature to get the authorities to move.
We appreciate the efforts of Comment 31. We hope it leads to something for us all. Great efforts there and thanks for taking time to write. Please bring forward ideas on how we can further pubicise this. Do use your facebook accounts & twitter.
Have you informed Actionfraud and Crimestoppers?
ICAC Law on distance selling which came into force in June this year protects us. I dont thnk Piotr Kaszubski and his marketing team read that in its entirety and there's not point pretending or hiding anymore as It is clear he is polish and runs/own Estinity Cosmetic Clinic with mother. He is paraded in POland and a 21year old 'celebrity millionaire' having made tons of money.... If this is he makes money. IN UK , we are having none of it. There are some negative reports from POland regarding this dude too.0 -
What I don't understand is why people sign up for these things in the first place if they have no intentions of ever wanting the product. It's greed, thinking your getting something worth a hundred quid for a pound.
Theres always a catch, these schemes are well known, don't let your greed get the better of you the next time.0 -
please the facebook page and add comments as well campaign against whitetime tooth whitening facebook page. thank you0
