Then 12 days later the company have taken a further £99.99 when I questioned this they have stated that when ordering the trial item I signed up to their program! I have cancelled it but have no recollection of entering into a contract and have read on my consumer rights that it is banned from automatically ticking boxes such as for additional payments, that I should not have to opt out of these add ons. I have gone back to the company and advised them of this but they have said that they can only give me a refund of £20, Can anyone advise how I can get my money back?
I did the same but did not receive the trial pack, got charged £1, then £99, the £119.98, I telephoned my bank (Nationwide) who were extremely helpful and re credited the money straight away, they are pulling the funds back from their bank. I have tried phoning the number all day and got nowhere0 -

Hi all, I am another victim of this horrible scam, ordered the free trial and had £1 taken from my account then a few days after receiving the package I was charged £19.99, went onto the website and searched for the T&C's and realised I had been scammed! Called them immediately and after holding for a while I get an American guy called Alex on the phone, I offer to return the goods (which I actually hadn't even picked up from the post office, so not been signed for) and demanded a refund, Alex politely reminded me that because of the T&C's this wasn't possible, I continued to argue and got offered a £10 refund, said it wasn't good enough, he put me on hold to talk to his 'manager' and came back and offered £20, I said I wanted to speak to him, I get the rudest polish man on the phone and all he has to say to me is that he will give me £30 refund and now he has work to get on with, I argued with him and he just kept saying he has work to be getting on with!! He also said that if I complain it will make no difference. You might as well keep the product and just try and complain as much as possible to them to at least get something back and take it as an expensive lesson learnt!!0

I sent reports of the scam to Barclays last week and the latest charge of 119.98 I had on hold has been returned to my account. Now I just need to keep my fingers crossed and hope they can take the other 99 quid they took of my account last month.0

Today, Tesco Bank credited my account with the 2 x £99.99 that Whitetime stole from me in August. After initially completing the Chargeback form and attaching a full record of all my e-mail correspondence with Whitetime, Tesco asked for more details - specifically, whether I could prove that I returned the goods within the 12 day timescale set out in the (sham) T&Cs. I had a record of a dated e-mail that Whitetime had sent to me with some reference numbers that they said I needed to include with the returned goods. Using Royal Mail Track & Sign, I was then able to show (using the Track & Sign online tracking website) that the package took 7 days to arrive at the destination address from the date printed on my Post Office receipt - the receipt shows that I posted the goods one day after receiving Whitetime's reference numbers. For what it's worth, the package sat in a postal depot in Warsaw for a week, following 2 failed delivery attempts; and were then 'returned to sender', so I've got a box of the Whitetime teeth bleach back at home! I'm watching and waiting for the crook Piotr Kaszubski to be brought down - I understand the Action Fraud has forwarded victims' complaints to the police, but I've no idea how or whether any investigation is progressing. Good luck for anyone still trying for their refund.0

You are indeed lucky that Tesco Bank stepped up to the plate. I hope Lloyds can follow suit!0
