This was a scientific experiment Brogden and my theory was correct:D. It was a deliberate omission on my part and you fell straight into the trap..... proving beyond all reasonable doubt you have k*ickers on the brain:naughty:. All the protestations about needing to focus on more serious things on your part are just a ruse :D

I used to suffer from chronic reflux constantly too so didn't link it to food. However since giving up dairy for 6 months and then only introducing small amounts now & then, I've not had an attack for almost a year. Well other than a red wine fueled one on Christmas night.

I've just discovered I'm actually mildly intolerant to dairy so it's off the menu for 3 months again. I've lost 3.5lbs this week, with the only difference being no dairy.

You can't just reduce it, you need to eliminate it for at least a week. I totally get where you are coming from as I'm a total mouse and eat cheese like sweets, a chunk of cheese is my treat of choice. However the loss of reflux makes it a pain worth suffering. Give it a go, you can do it for a week, once you see the effect you won't mind so much

Have had a productive and very pleasant few hours in the garden :)
DS did a high cut on lawn, DD raked leaves, I lopped and pulled ivy climbing up house wall, and took colourful pics and thought I would share my joy of spring :p

I'm definitely going to try it Granny - starting next week as it will be easier when DS at school and DD back to uni, need to sort out some meals and do a shop at the weekend (going to see parents again tomorrow). I have never had any sort of allergies or intolerances so am going to find it difficult.
Your continued weight loss is absolutely amazing :T- I am in awe of you :)

Don't be cross B - ruse perhaps was not the best choice of word!
Felt guilty about the spending but I haven't bought any clothes for a very long while. All goes on DD and DS, but I have worked really hard in last few months, honest:o

Incredible pictures NOA. Really beautiful garden you have!!

We all neglect ourselves and we just get to a point where it isn't sustainable. Your purchases are well through out and necessity :) well done you! Now I just need to get you kondo-ing it all :p am spending my evening relaxing by folding.. every item of clothing in my wardrobe drawers properly :rotfl:

The other thing I wanted to check with the reflux is.. you don't drink fizzy drinks do you? I had the most horrific reaction to two cans of pop last night. Woke up with awful tummy cramps, bloating and just felt awful, no energy etc all day. Not a great day for it when running around on Jellys 3rd birthday!! xx
