take care of yourself Grannyboon thats an order

:rotfl: Hester - what a day you have had
:A I have managed to get an hours ironing done tonight and put it all away. DW is on and I have a load in the WM to hopefully get on the line in the morning IF the good weather continues. I am trying to do an hour a night or ironing to catch up ( well I have managed 2 nights in a row anyway
) it will still probably take me another week to catch up though with loads of washing inbetween  .
Im still sticking to the diet but cant see any movement on the scales so far this week - really need to do more excercise.
I have organised to go and look at a place for DD's leaving party tomorrow night. The room and DJ will cost £300 but we can cater it ourselves so I think it is going to be the best option as we can cater it for sooooo much cheaper than outside caterers. We could have got a different venue for £50 but would have to pay for a DJ on top of that and would have to use their caterers so it would work out more expensive ( over 100 guests ).
I will stop rambling now and wish you all a goodnight - OOPS:cool: Official DFW Nerd Club Member #37 Debt free Feb 07 :cool:0 -

Your holiday sounds fab - go with it!
OK will do as I am told by you lot. Pots watered and I do feel better. DD thought it was an excuse not to go to dentist. No, what I went through this morning was not an excuse. I had totally built myself up for it and Twink knows why!!
I am tired tonight so don't let the bugs bite.

Evening all,
Well finally back on here after the hols - 10 days with parents - it was good but I'm sure they're glad to see the back of us and vice versa. Dh is in San Francisco till next Sat - had a nightmare 24 hrs on the journey back with a slow puncture, oil needing topping up in the middle of the motorway and ds1 getting a serious chemical burn from the fery terminal toilets......and no dh.
Spent today getting uniform for ds1 for Sept for grammar school - blazer (has to be Melton wool) on good offer at £48.95 - but then school rugby shirt was £21 and house rugby shirt was £17. I honestly don't know how people manage that don't have the incomes...
Lovely dinner tonight - slow roasted breast of lamb ( to render out the fat), mashed potatoes, carrots, peas and cauliflower
Hugs to Pink and son, Granny broon, and Queenie - not completely up to speed so hugs to all else who want one
Missed you all - glad to be back“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Scuzz, so sorry that you are still being hurt by (ex) boyfriend...let him go, I think that he will anyway...move on for your own sake.
Grannybroon...I know that you have gone to bed, just to say that I am so glad that you went to A&E..try to take it easy until tenderness has gone.
Hester...thanks for the laugh!
Csarina...so glad that you are going to be able to have your holiday in France, it will be worth any belt-tightening you have to do.
Night all,

Donnygal: I Luurve retail therapy its' so ....theraputic:rotfl:
Mioliere: I spolit myself with a really nice lunch in the food hall, a healthy jacket spud with cottage cheese and chives, and an extremely unhealthy strawberry cheescake ice-cream to follow. To hell with the waistline ,it's the least of my worries;)
Nelski: I intend to live to a ripe old age mate, and I hope we will crack a few more bottles of wine before I shuffle off this mortal coil.:rotfl: :rotfl:
Pooky: the chocolate shop is rather wonderful isn't ,it seems churlish not to take advantage of all the lovely choccies on display. Especially at those prices:rotfl:
Lucie : Honey you are the lucky one, just think how the poor Doctor felt with me in in the flesh with my best 'Bridget Jones's' and my Reeboks  No wonder he had a sense of humour bypass:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
HariboJunkie It's not determination love it's just that I'm downright stubborn, and refuse to let this get to me . Even in the blackest moments in my long life I have tried to see the funny and absurdities in things . Thats what keeps me going .
I watched the beckham woman tonight on the T.V. and though what an empty sad sort of life she lives .All that 'celeb' yet she doesn't seem to be half as happy as I am ,even with all the grotty things that are going on about me I wouldn't swop my life for hers .
Have a peaceful night everyone :A and thanks for all of you good wishes0 -
Jackie, you are an inspiration and a tonic!:D
Glad to hear you were wearing sensible *Bridgets* and not some flimsy *frillies*:rotfl: *Frillies* would have clashed with the trainers:D
