Fed up with Morrisons

I've only had the occasional tiny issue with morrisons, if I do have a bigger issue, I speak to the manager. I personally find the staff lovely. The manager is always very pleasant , the shop seems a little short staffed. But that's retail nowadays in general.
Surely if we have a complaint - tell the manager- at the time! He'd want to know, and you might make service better for other customers.0 -
Don't have a problem with the staff, but our store is dirty. Every week one or more of the chiller cabinets is leaking water over the floor. You can smell the fish counter when you walk in the main entrance.
They no longer do their superlife bread white/brown and that was one of the items I go in for. Many products are missing from the shelves for weeks before they reappear. Other shelves are practically empty and it is essential to check the sell by dates of every purchase as many are out of date.
Have complained to no avail.0 -
Still no response to my complaint email - it has been 5 days so far.....0

We have 3 large Morrisons and a small one all within 15mins drive. We're swamped with Morrisons.. and they're all the same.
Miserable.. badly lit.. untidy.. long queues at checkouts.. unhelpful staff.. incorrect pricing on shelves..
It's like walking into a 1970's supermarket. How they keep going is beyond me.0 -

I would have asked a member of staff rather than somebody I work with.
I have noticed in Asda, on their top shelves say something like If you need assistance please ask a colleague. But I don't go shopping with people I work with......0 -
I like mozzers. I first used it ooop north when I lived there and it was great. The one local to where I live now nk so great but its a dodgy area. Also the one near my work gets our lunch trade, but still is a dodgy area.

I don't work for Morrisons.
I asked three different members of staff to get me a yoghurt. They ignored me. That shows poor customer service.
I left my shopping at the self checkouts as a protest. Yet they didn't mop up the yoghurt from the floor 7 mins later. Would love to see what would have happened if a customer slipped on that yoghurt landing on their head with a nasty cut. Staff would ignore them as well. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I was in Sainsburys local the other day and heard a staff member grunt and loudly exclaim: "I hate my job!"
I found it hilarious. To be fair to her it was 10:30 at night and the shop was deserted, and I empathise with her entirely: it can't be fun spending 40 hours a week in a Sainsburys corner shop.
The last I heard a local Morrisons had received about 1200 applications for one shelf-stacking job, so I'm very surprised that they couldn't find the perfect employee in all that lot!0 -
When I have to go to a supermarket I usually go to morrisons, our tesco is far too expensive, our sainsburys has very limited lines and our asda always has empty shelves.0
