Fed up with Morrisons

In my experience all supermarkets have their own good and bad points, Lidl and Aldi staff on the whole seem conscientious but block the aisles when restocking shelves, on the other hand Sainsbury's staff always seem to have time to stand around chatting either to other staff or friends and family who are shopping and leave trollies blocking the aisles, Morrisons checkout staff love to chat to customers and the staff block the aisles. The other day while in Morrisons I bought a pack of beer priced at £10 it went through the checkout at £12 when I queried this someone had to be called to check the price, sure enough the price was £10 so they deducted the item and looked at the next customers shopping to see what items came to the required £10 and then scanned through two loaves of bread and two packets of rennies which came to £9.98. I saved an extra two pence but couldn't help wondering how many customers had been overcharged or whether the till price would be amended.0

That was an amazing story. Gripping from start to finish.0 -

So instead of overriding the price or putting it through open department, they scanned completely different items to make up £10. You sure?
I love it how people complain about staff restocking the shelves are blocking the aisles, you would also be moaning if items were not on the shelves. Same people who moan about shelves being too high, they would also moan if they only sold half the range due to less shelving.0 -
100% sure you see I was there were you? Some people just know it all don't they?0
