The thing to do with a current ex when they behave badly towards you with a new girlfriend/boyfriend in tow is to remind yourself that if they're capable of doing it to you, they will be equally capable of doing it to the new partner, and that their turn too will probably come in just the same way. It may not help much at the time but it will serve to remind you that they may not have been as rose tinted as you are continually reminding yourself.

Sorry to hear that you are going through a similar situation:( you can't describe the pain deep down in the pit of your stomach! I'm trying to keep busy and I'm damn lucky I have some fantastic friends I can rely on. Seeing him with this other woman has been a slight turning point for me as I know it's over for good. In a revengeful way I hope it doesn't last and he's left with nothing.

Try to keep busy and do things for you,I've given my credit card a bashing a few times lol retail therapy!!

Is there any remote chance you may get back with current ex?
