I'm almost done, put all the kids clothes away, wardrobes crammed but tidy, just mine to pop away (all on hangers already). Called mum and offered her a spare gift I have in my stash for DD. Sorted gifts and put extras in loft along with suitcases, got sleeping bags down whilst I was up there. Finished vaccing downstairs, apart rom some gibble in the kitchen (my next job after a much needed drink) all looks lovely again. Until tomorrow when the littlies get home and trash the place

Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard.. didn't get to this but the only manky one is one of my big drawers so I'll get to it at some point!

Extra Mission : help yourself

- Clean the hob
- Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
- 32 fling boogie..nothing to fling in the kitchen!!!
- Phone someone you love just to tell them so!
- Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET mmm smells delish :rotfl:

Phew. I'm done.

Kitchen finished (except the bin, will empty tomorrow as I'm short on bin bags and the wagon comes on Wednesday), packup made, work clothes ready, bag ready, showered and hair dried.

Wow Piggers I can't believe she's 4 already, it only seems yesterday that we were awaiting her birth How time flies... She's absolutely gorgeous and a credit to you and Alex. And that cake is adorable, I imagine she thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have managed to get a bit more done this evening -

Cleared the kitchen, and wiped the surfaces, fronts of cupboards and small appliances, and the window sill!
Hung up a set of washing and DDs wet suit from her kayaking today
Washed a set of towels, which are now tumbling (I have a washer dryer so can only do wash or dry, and the dryer takes an age!)
Caught up on what we spent last month and checked the credit card statement


I found a todo note book my mum had given me and thought about writing a list in there each evening for the following day, but I don't want to have to copy out the list from on here, so I think I will cut and copy that, and then add my own bits to it.

So tomorrow I want to -
Swish and swipe the bathroom and the shower room
wash any clothes that have appeared in the basket and DS bedding
empty all the bins and put out the 3 dustbins
make a lasagne with DD
clear the kitchen before bed
start to budget for this month

Just off to defrost the mince for the lasagne, and then I'm off to bed.

Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe and no-one can have any accidents falling down them...
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
HHI
Got an hour...
Wipe and water plants
Sort through a dumping drawer/cupboard
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –
Sort through shoes and coats and bags


My list for this week (some c/fwd and sure there's more )
Buy new swimmies
Buy some more cotton socks
Look for new breakdown cover
Look for new travel insurance
Monthly accounts
Sort out CDs
Make Spanish flashcards
Order railcard for DH
Library
Find DH's sandals (apparently 'vanished')
Make 'Bottom of fridge' soup
Sort dry stock cupboard and check - definite 'frog'
Sort all hotspots - starting to get to me

After WMx4, I managed to get my ironing up-to-date today, and the Old Wives had a productive evening making bookmarks with pressed flowers. The study is still WIP but looks a lot better than it did 24 hours ago.

Tomorrow is SW and shopping, then more painting (just touching up odd bits here and there).

Morning everyone, been up since 5am. Couldnt sleep. Will probably regret that later!

Hugs Ozzie. DS2 is nervous about walking with me and the dog because we got attacked by a loose dog about 18 months ago. I persuaded him to come with me yesterday and met a loose staffie, charging at our dog, no sign of any owner!! Couldnt believe it. Thankfully the staffie was friendly and all was well but I guess thats going to be the last walk DS comes on for a while.

Busy day today. Need to catch up on a few bits left over from yesterday, paid stuff in both jobs.

There are 12 pairs of shoes on my utility room floor and one flip flop. We seem to have had some sort of shoe explosion.

Oh 2 pairs in kitchen too.

Right, better get moving!

Today's tasks are going to be the biggie for me! Living room is a state, not helped by the fact that the second sofa became a new hotspot after I sorted out the spare room! So I'll have to move stuff off to hoover it... oh today is going to be tedious but desperately needs to be done! :cool:
Off to work in a tick so I can look forward to all that cleaning when I get home tonight. I'll also have to sort out my lunches for the rest of the week and dinners... I foresee a trip out for fresh veg as well. Sigh.
