I have a problem with anger when people are screwing the tax payer over yes.

Not agressive so much as home truths anyway.

Oh Graham give it a rest will you, you are already bashing the benefits people in the arms, leave the bloke alone this isn't the place as you have been told already.

I still don't understand how anyone can possibly claim tax credits on the basis of a 5k income, actually get paid 20K plus the tax credits awarded on a 5K income and not have to pay anything back.

I also feel that the OP is looking for a way to maximise his and his girlfriend's benefit income. He actually said so in his first post.

I would love a link to the bashing.. You know a link to where I have bashed anyone on benefits in the arms.

If you can provide that, I will admit I have been bashing and that im a bad bad man.

I am not sure that it is fraud, but it certainly appears to be dishonest. I am not going to 'bash' anyone, but as the OP has chosen to post, I am going to respond (before the thread is closed).

Personally, I think the OP has got it well made. He and his girlfriend have a home each, benefits for both, so that is two lots oh HB, two lots of CTB, two lots of other benefits etc. He chooses to work part time so he can spend time with his part time family. Nice. I am sure we would all love such an opportunity. The OP should take a full time job and start supporting his family. I think his actions are dishonest and I have no sympathy for him.

I sometimes feel that people post here to sort of rub our noses in what our taxes are spent on. Wonder how many of the OP's 'fan club' are working tax payers struggling to keep their heads above water? Not many I bet.

At the moment i'm not 100% certain i could contain and control my anger so i live away for that reason. how is this fraud? in your opinion ( taken from what you have said) you are condoning violence. YOU CANT PUT A MONETARY VALUE ON LIFE

Take the recent floods for example...
a family are split up and rehoused because of substantial damage to there property are they committing fraud by living sepreately?
admittedly in this instance i am the one causing damage and it wasnt a natural force.

I'd love to stay and chat and be the highlight of your weekend but i have a life and family to get back to....

I'll be going to the benefits agency and the CAB to see what benefits as a family we would be entitled to.

    Craig

Then do the right thing and keep right away until you can behave properly then. Work for a living and provide for your child but don't put them at risk by being in their presence. Sorry, but you can walk into another room if you get angry or go out! There is NO excuse for violence, regardless of how angry you may be. Are you saying that you only get angry at night then when you sleep in the same house? Sorry, but your story doesn't add up.
