Well, day 1 went ok. But there was stuff I had difficulty dealing with legally. Shattered as was in at 6 and back in tomoz for same time. Went via shop to get a can of gin and tonic but might not have it and just go to bed!!! (After chocolate obv)

Went to bed at 930. Fell straight to sleep which is unusual for me but am absolutely shattered. Was wandering round whilst getting ready moaning to the cat about how tired I am and woe is me as another morning of prep then long day in court. Then on good morning Britain they were talking about gaza and saying that the people there have been working for 24 hours for the last few weeks and are shattered - kind of put it in perspective - I'm moaning about having to do my job - those people are working for their lives

I know what you mean, although it sounds very challenging for you also in a different way. Hope it's been better today, and sending positive vibes. I've been asked to do expert witness work and have avoided it like the plague, so can understand the anxiety to a certain extent! x
