As Lili von Strupp once said:
Nice People of all sorts are thoroughly welcome to pull up a seat and join a very Nice discussion of...everything and anything. Topics previously covered include mushrooms, Hertfordshire, whether the suspension of democracy is a necessary precondition for a Nice Person to run the UK and what precisely constitutes Posh. No conversation is off topic or on topic for that matter.

Rules:
1. Be nice to each other (link)
2. If you are unable to be nice, see Rule 1.
I thought we could shake things up a little and meet in a distant hotel. Both sorts of travel are available, either via light aircraft or ute:

As always, if you can't be there in person, your virtual presence is welcomed.
Best wishes to my esteemed predecessors who have started nice people threads, most especially the originator: carolt. Thanks also to the very fine Doctors, radiographers, surgeons, nurses, cleaners, receptionists, IT gurus, bureaucrats and general functionaries of Westmead Public and Private hospitals who have given me the chance to post on future threads.
For those that aren't easily bored, previous threads are also available:
Part11, Part 10,Part 9, Part 8, Part 7, Part 6, Part 5, Part 4, Part 3, Part 2, Part 1.

We have very cold beer with stubbie holders (thanks to our beautiful models for showing the resident Poms the correct use of a stubbie holder):
There is also warm, flat, brown beer for those that are fans.
Tea, coffee, cold water and hot chocolate are available as alternatives. I'm sure we could rustle up a G 'n' T up for any home owners that would like one (lemons provided from the Generali lemon tree in the back yard).0 -

Out in the ute parking area. Just be careful of the propellers, those things smart if taken in a sensitive part of the body.0
