Nice people thread part 7 - a thread in its prime

Well, it's a little bit premature, but welcome to NPT part 7. As part 6 is almost up to 10,000 I'm starting this, but there's still room to get NPT 6 up to 10000 posts, so please post there for a little longer first.
NPT 7 is a continuation of NPT 6, which can be found here
Prior to which came part 5, part 4, part 3, part 2
and the original thread.
The NPT is a little haven of peace, tranquility and quirkery in the middle of a debating board, so please maintain the thread ethos and be nice to each other. Other than that, kick off your shoes, crash on the sofa, grab a mug of your favourite tea/coffee/hot choc/orange juice/absinthe or whatever and join in.
Newbies, we don't bite, but we may ask you about where you stand on what you may consider strange things, such as mushrooms or your proximity to Hertfordshire. Stick around, you'll soon get the hang of things.
Thanks as always to those pioneers who acted as OPs to the previous threads nikkster, LydiaJ, lostinrates and gone but not forgotten, carolt.

Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I've been wondering why you need a new one at 10,000?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Thanks viva, I like the word quirkery.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. If you spot an illegal or inappropriate post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with this).
