Although personally I would let this one go up to 10000, I'm sure there will be a few posts that disappear anyway so might as well just lock this one now...0

You decide, but if you decide to stick with this one, please lock the other one then re-open it. I don't want you to delete it and me have to struggle again!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. If you spot an illegal or inappropriate post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with this). Any views are mine and not the official line of MoneySavingExpert.com.0

How about a goodbye party here tonight until the forum goes down at just after midnight and move to the new one in the morning? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Last time several people wanted to post the 10,000th. So once somebody made that post, some other poster deleted one of their own earlier posts, making the latest post only 9999. Then they would post no. 10,000. Then somebody else would delete one of theirs and repeat the process, until eventually the thread was locked. What joy!No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Popped over to MSE Labs and learnt:
Type "whatever" (without the quotes)
Highlight over "whatever" (without the quotes)
Open a new window and highlight the url you want to quote
CTRL + C to copy it
go back to first window (where "whatever" is still highlighted) and click on the world/link icon
paste (CTRL +V) the url in and hit return.
Is it the ctrl-c and ctrl-v bit that is news to you? Surely not, that is the most unbelievable thing I have heard today.
You do know about ctrl-x, ctrl-b, ctrl-y and all the other ones as well don't you? And Alt-F4 (only joking)I think....0 -
Right you lot... Get typing.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Surely you chatterboxes can manage now?“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
