To receive the bonus offer you must either link your Nectar account number to your Site account or sign up for a Nectar account on the Site. The bonus offer applies once only the first time you either link your Nectar account number to your Site account or sign up for a Nectar account on the Site. Please always refer to the page where the item is displayed to see how many points you will receive for your purchase. This amount includes any points gained as a result of this Promotion. Other people may receive the same Promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the offer is not transferable.
Promotion restrictions
There may be restrictions around eligible categories, minimum spend required (basis of minimum spend will be calculated according to the “Collecting Nectar Points” section of the Nectar programme T&Cs) and/or listing type (auction style, fixed price etc.). The Promotion may also be restricted to particular sellers. Any of these or any other restrictions will be stated in the Marketing Materials.
Interaction with other promotions and offers
If you are eligible for multiple Nectar related promotions that have been communicated to you by eBay, then you will automatically gain the benefit of the most valuable one, as determined by eBay.
If you are eligible for any Nectar related promotions that Aimia/Nectar communicated to you, then please refer to any applicable terms and conditions to those promotions for details. You may be able to take advantage of this Promotion as well as any promotion that Aimia/Nectar communicated to you and benefit twice. Please note that the amount of points displayed on the page where the item is shown only takes into account promotions communicated to you by eBay.
Exclusion From Participation
Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.
If eBay has suspicions or knowledge that you have been involved in any actual or attempted fraudulent or illegal activity, eBay reserves the right to disqualify you and anyone else involved in such activity. eBay may also disqualify you if you do not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, eBay's User Agreement, the Nectar Programme Terms and Conditions, and/or any policies that eBay may communicate to you.
If your Nectar card is/becomes blocked, closed or restricted for any reason during the Promotion Period, you are/will be excluded from participating in the Promotion.

eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by you resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit eBay's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
eBay will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any Promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Promotion, provided that nothing shall limit eBay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

200 free listings between 28/6/14 and 1/7/14
Be lucky to list 20
Me too, I have not yet used my 20 for June, so 200 is a waste of time.
Also, do they still demand you to go to a business account if your list over 100 items?0 -
Received the £75 & £20 voucher for my two accounts, also received 500 nectar points for each and 200 free lisitings. The account I received £75 for I haven't used in over 6 months and the account is only 2 years old.
Spoke to chat last night and they claimed it was dependant on whether you were effected, not sure how my dormant account was effected but not complaining!0 -

No they do not, many sellers on here routinely use all their FLWs and free listings with no demand to upgrade. It seems to depend on a number of factors, as yet unknown.
Virtually all the ones I am aware of that have been forced to upgrade 'looked like' businesses as they were selling second hand clothes across more than one size.
I suspect selling more than one or two new items a month might trigger the upgrade as well, but then I have competitors in my categories selling new stock on MVLs with shop trading names and business premises who are still trading as private.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Over £3000 per month of sales is often quoted as a trigger too.
Ive just had an abusive buyer who is also a seller. And guess what - business trading as private. Ooooooooh how tempted am i.
I do find is odd that Ebay offer 200 listings to a private seller - without then requesting they upgrade. It does seem a lot. I thought a hundred was OTT - and just bait from Ebay to tempt them into their trap.0 -

I'd always wondered if all these free listings were ebay playing devils advocate, but i have long since given up trying o work out what the heck ebay are doing.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I got £75. I'm guessing the more active you are on the site, the more you get. I buy a fair bit but also sell a bit.0
-
My OH has a 10% off voucher, I have nothing :-(0
-
As for the free listings, I always thought they were for everyone but I guess not, I seem to get offered them every month though I'm not that frequent a seller.0
