I dont think it is. Many people will be on more than one forum and have different usernames on each. I can think of one poster who posts threads on about 5 different forums at the same time.

Theres no law or rule against it. Perhaps if someone suffers from anxiety and is anxious about a certain situation, they will try and get as much support from as many sources.

Im not sure what the point in outing someone is anyway?

What I get from this is that its ok for some people to ask for support on here but not others, because as soon as one person calls troll its game over.

Anyway I stick by what I said. But if you read the DS thread, it's not the same OP or the same wording as it is on this board, so it's not like he has just copied and pasted. Surely if someone was going to troll, they would just copy and paste their post. And very frequently, trolls do not keep returning to their threads after they have set off the initial discussion. He has been present in the continuing discussion on both forum. Why bother typing everything out differently, interacting and responding to different responses and suggestions, etc. Before this I was fully convinced this guy is making the whole thing up,but now I am not so sure. I know it is very strange and stupid, but some people in real life really are strange and stupid.

I'm not sure whether he did post on DS or not, very close threads/ ideas but coincidence maybe?

What I'm not wholly convinced over is that there seems to be a poster on here actively posting under 2 different usernames, being picked up on it but then denying it, seems obvious they are one of the same.

I think I have missed this, what are the two usernames? Or are you not allowed to say...

Oh and he admitted on the DS thread that he is the same person who posted this thread.

You were posting on there under two different usernames which presumably is against their rules and bad enough to warrant a ban.

And I doubt if a forum would ban you for having 2 usernames. They may tell you that you need to 'lose' one, and pick one to use all the time, but I am sure they wouldn't ban you. There must be a lot more to it than that.

What an odd thing to do, just post over various forums about supposed affairs with older women, and family issues. Especially odd to target a financial forum and go straight to the relationships board. :huh:

I never went straight to the relationships section. I came on here first and foremost for career advice and ways to increase income, but then I decided to post on the relationships section to ask advice on this woman.

I was using a genuine account over at DS, but they've just given me a permanent ban.
