Presumably 4th on the list for a two bed property, as that is their current need.0 -

They should have done a PT.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0 -
As someone has already said she needs to speak to someone from outside of the family. Does your local council have a benefits welfare officer? They might be prepared to go through what she is entitled to and would also know about the council's policy on council housing. That way she would get the correct information.
As others have said I do think she maybe being used to get a larger council house. As the school holidays are approaching ( I know you said she wants to leave) maybe she could spend a 'holiday' with her bf and his father. It's not just lack of privacy but she might find she doesn't like all the housework!0 -
Went to see the dad of the bf last night the first thing he said was will you write a letter so I can claim the benefits for your daughter I said no as she can come home I will support her. Her dad spoke to a child physiologist and they said she needs to get living with the bf ASAP so she can see reality of what it will be like also trying to find out about one if those baby things that are like real babies.
The dad was on about grants ect seems very clued up on it all. I said to him about my daughter said that he is going to give her and the fb the cb and child tax credits and he looked shifty to say the least.
She has been at her dads for a few days and he has had enough now as my daughter has given him a list of lifts her and the bf want to social events and the bf wants my daughter to go to work with him wearing a pizza board and handing out leaflets.
I told my daughter what the bf said about college full time and work in the evening and she said she isn't aware of that.
The dad says they will get a bigger place as his son is still in full time education however he has been kicked out of college.
I said to my daughter I will pick her up sat morning to come pack her stuff or would she like a week to see how it goes she has jumped at the week option. The bf dad has told my daughter that her and her bf can get their own place when the baby is here but social services will be involved because of her age0 -
I think the dr has made a good suggestion. Once she is living with these two men and no 3 bedroom home is materialising she will be begging to come home.0
