Lets keep this simple,
Uninstall MacAfee and download avast (the free version) you don't need paid versions of anti virus software anymore - the free versions are fine they make their money from upselling.
Download malwarebytes (like the last post said) and run a full system scan.
There is probably nothing more you need to do and malwarebyte will solve the pop up problem (unless you are downloading anything from a site that uses pay per click).11K Challenge

Just a word to the wise. If this is a paid for version of McAfee installed by the supplier of your PC, e.g. Dell, then you need to be aware that 'Automatically Renew' will be set to ON using your credit card details in your McAfee account.
