A strong feeling of disgust came to me after reading this post.
My faith in humanity is slowly becoming restored by the kind offers of help that have now arisen.
My dad was an old soldier, received a "sting" via Aldi He's never had any contact with the legal system in his life, was worried sick when he got the usual bumph from Parking Eye, and just paid.

Anyone who hires a company that acts like this, and behaves like this should be held equaly liable, and responsible for that companies actions.
Its about time that whoever it is at the medical centre who hired the parking company was/is held personaly liable.
If you have a parking company operating on your land then you should be held acountable for their actions, and the antics of the parking companies are well known, so the its not our fault, we sub contract the car park management out is no excuse.From the Plain Language Commission:
