Mad Coupon - love it :rotfl:
You may need to wait until Monday after a certain south coast team have played ( and very hopefully won ) before you get a reply from C-M !!! Even then it assumes her hangover would have worn off by then if we win."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi Coventrian,
I agree with the advice to wait for mad Coupoun-madto respond whose help will be invaluable regarding the wording of a response covering the EA2010 aspects of this.
If you have found complaints to the walk-in-centre have been a waste of time you need to go higher up the chain and complain to the NHS Trust who put this contract in place with P E.
So in the meantime while waiting for further help here gather as much info as you can about who those complaints should go to once you know what wording to use - below is some information on contacts/resources to send complaints to or who may be able to assist you in complaining once C-m has helped you draft the response to P E.
Is this the walk in centre concerned
http://www.cityofcoventrynhshealthcarecentre.nhs.uk/default.asp?page=contact
If so - then on the web-site click "how can we help" then click "complaints" for details of how to complain to the General Manager.
There is also a contact number for the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
There is an additional code of practice covering parking at Healthcare sites - Parking Eye are signatories to this, The Trust is likely to be too. You will find it here
http://www.britishparking.co.uk/Char...thcare-Parking
If this isn't the same centre try googling to find the right one as they probably have a similar web-site.0 -
