    That's great to hear, the good name of the Royal British Legion should not be besmirched by associating with any PPC.

    Slightly risky (vagaries of the Court system) but with the right help this is the sort of case that could do with going to Court whereby PE get a right good kicking from the Judge - and then the result bandied about to really hghlight the lowlife scum sucking tactics of said Parking company.

    I hope the press will be able to put pressure on parking eye in this matter, frankly it's disgusting that it's been allowed to go so far with them knowing the situation!
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    And with them wanting that £50 to drop the case. Their excuse being that it's cost them money to take the case to court. Remind me again how much profit PE made last year?

    A loss they can and should bear, being a case they should never have pursued in the first place!
