To be honest, anyone who believes in "age renew serum" deserves to be taken for a ride.0 -
Thanks for this, I will be contacting trading standards after just having discovered almost £400 missing from my account. An American company who cannot trade this junk in their own country so they come to the UK and get away with it??? I wonder is it the company or the product that is the issue with their trading in USA?0

Can't believe this has been going on for so long and no one has blocked this. I too completed an on line survey and I can't remember who it was for and this agerenew product was offered as a 'free gift'. I should have realised when they asked for my details to pay post and packing, normally quite alert to this but got caught on this occasion. I had no confirmation an email and that was back in June. I noticed this week that the company have taken £98 from my account and low and behold a parcel arrived today from them. I have been in touch with my bank and they cancelled any future payments but could not do anything about the £98. I have contacted Trading Standards to report this scam and as you cannot find an email address for the company I rang the number suggested in one of these posts and spoke to Tatiana on ext 3113 who told me I could not return the goods even though they were not opened. She said it states this on the website, which I could not find, and so I have no right to return the goods or get a refund , she suggested she could give me a 30% partial refund - not good enough. Are we protected in this country for returning unwanted items so long as they have not been opened? Am waiting a call back from trading standards and Citizens Advice told me to contact Action Fraud on 03001232040 who will give me a crime number.
Maybe too late for me to get justice but hope this stops others from falling into the same trap.. Meanwhile my Grandchildren's Christmas Fund is now £98 lighter than last week.0 -

If not, I am not sure how Trading Standards will be able to help you.... and as you cannot find an email address for the company I rang the number suggested in one of these posts and spoke to Tatiana on ext 3113 who told me I could not return the goods even though they were not opened. She said it states this on the website, which I could not find...Are we protected in this country for returning unwanted items so long as they have not been opened?
Where is your seller based? If it's in USA, maybe contacting Better Business Bureau will help.Citizens Advice told me to contact Action Fraud on 03001232040 who will give me a crime number.0 -
