Welcome back Ed
Glad to hear you had a good break.
I think the trick with any holiday (home or away) is more for a change of routine and enjoying what you are doing (and who you are with if applicable)0 -

Fine. Just remember if there's a yes vote you're condemning your neighbours to Conservative governments for ever :eek::eek:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Indeed, I'm thinking of styling myself 'the king in the North', worked out well for the chappie in GOT, right? :eek:Fine. Just remember if there's a yes vote you're condemning your neighbours to Conservative governments for ever .

First day of 5:2 went well, 6lbs of a difference. Most of that was doubtless still to be digested food and water, but it's nice to see something that actually provides a short term boost0 -

Day 2 of the 5:2 today, might need to time the days better, last night's attempted 9 mile run became 7 as I was running dry...
We had a queue of people 15 deep waiting to vote at the local polling station by 06:55 this morning, I saw people walking their dogs with campaign T-shirts last night and teenagers leafleting at about half past 9 last night at the local train station. For all the acrimony that this debate has caused, the manner in which it has caught the imagination of the public is electrifying :beer:0 -
Hi Ed, nice to see you back
.
In regards to the 5:2 diet. Are you only drinking fluids on your two days of fasting or are you having a small meal as well? I have been reading up on it and watched the Horizon programme and people seem to be doing it differently.0
