    Evening tributes!

Well I'm going to be in the doghouse!!!...

Found 2 Tes*o vouchers for £10.00 off when you spend £30 or more haha... I thought, hell i've already blown it so i may as well stock up... so I bought a supply of toiletries and got the free £10 worth... that was yesterday.

Today i lost my SFD to a peanut butter crunchie!!! Gawd - my willpower has disappeared in a puff of smoke!!!

On the plus i claimed another gym day yesterday (though it's doubtful i burned calories = to said kit kat haha!).

I shall make my way to the naughty step once again!!!

    ;)

    Evening all

Sorry to hear about the interview MagicCat but glad you have a nice supportive team where you currently are. I also believe what's meant to be, will be :)

Mothernerd what sanctions would DSs gf get for quitting? And from whom? Could she not apply for another job and move jobs? It sounds so sad that they never see each other.

Today was SFD number 12 :) 11 hour day at work and the cleaned the house top to bottom so no exercise but also kept me out of mischief. It's going to be a spendy weekend and week as it's payday and I've been putting off lots of things until I get paid (and I wonder why my money is always gone in the first week!)

    Evening all!

No checkin from me yesterday, I had a little heat stroke yesterday (either that or I'm an aspiring vampire) and ended up with a dreadful headache, dizziness and nausea so went to bed well before 9pm.

It was my day off yesterday, so took the cat for her annual jabs ready for her visit to the chattery in June. £25 but she's worth it! There was no battle to get her in the cat box either......made me a very happy cat parent so then I treated her to cat treats from the vets for £1.29 so total vet spend £26.29.

Obviously because it was sunny we had to escape the sun so nipped out for an ice cream, totally delicious. I had Turkish delight and toffee crunch, in a waffle cone for just £3.00. Omg the thought of it is making me drooooool now.

I will never lose weight, I enjoy my food way too much! In fact I'm not even sure why I put weight loss in my budget......never going to happen

So today was nothing special, I achieved a SFD and took lunch to work. Also used an Italian cottage pie from the freezer with steamed veg so didn't even have to cook. Bargin really!

Here's an update on the budgets, I've removed weight as realistically I'm not in the right frame of mind (although I need to lose weight, I'm really just bloody happy at the moment).

    1. Food £46.55/£50 (£2 on a Christmas savings card)
    2. SFD 12/15
    3. Petrol £44.36/£40
    4. Birthday £10.49/£10- for friend
    5. Social £46.60/£50....mainly for said friends birthday night out which was planned months ago
    6 LTW 10/22
    7. Part pay holiday £303.77/£300

I'm also gutted I have to put more petrol in the car, I have a last minute meeting I have to go to.......it will cost me £20 in fuel, but will be able to claim it back along with my journey to Chester the other day. This will total to about £85 I will get back, so not too fussed really as I see it you get a little bit back :)

Anyway bed for me. See you all tomorrow
I have enough money to last me the rest of my life unless I buy something -

Won't be a SFD today as I'm meeting some friends for a drink before we go and see X Men.

    Morning all

Payday here today :) It won't be a SFD as I'm going to the leavers do after school and then a few drinks in town with some colleagues.

It's rather damp here at the moment but hoping the sunshine will break through for a run and dog walking later :)

Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow :)

Hope you all have a lovely day

    Hello everyone,

    Hope you are all well.

Yesterday was a spend day for me, had to get some petrol and went to see a friend who was singing in a concert - ticket had been paid for in advance but spent 3.60 on drinks for myself and another friend. Really nice night - lots of songs from different musicals which I love.

MrsGSR - Have a lovely time in legoland - must be such a nice feeling to have saved all the money for it and not come back to CC to pay.

Kenyakate - hope you're feeling better, glad vet visit was OK.

Well done for everyone who's been bagging yellow sticker bargains or SFDs and reducing bills.:money: I need to try to get better at this sort of thing!

Have a lovely friday, bank holiday weekend hooray!

Now at 16 NSDs! whoop!! and another planned for today.

Today I am grateful for - our plentiful food stocks that we are whittling away at and how lucky we are to have food when so many go hungry.

Enjoy Friday everyone! Hope to pop back in later xxxx

    Hi all.

Payday today a few days early due to the Bank Holiday. Debt repayments have been made totalling £601.75. I sold an item on ebay last night, just for £5 but have left the money in my paypal account for the moment. I have transferred money to my car account and Christmas/birthdays account and should have enough money in the car account to pay for the repair this weekend and the insurance in July, budgeting like this is a first for us and it feels great. I am particularly looking forward to having all the money I need for Christmas and birthdays put aside, DD and DS have birthdays in December and January so those two months are expensive.

mothernerd - hope your sons GF gets something sorted, I don't know how someone can be allowed to get away with treating people so badly but also why would you want to.

Oh dear, sorry haven't been here for ages. Had internet connection problems, still not right so will abandon this months challenge. Would use my phone if it wasn't useless and also on the way out, keeps switching itself off once a day stuck with it until Sept unfortunately.

    Sorry Kat a failure.

MagicCat - sorry to hear about the interview although you do seem to have the right attitude about it.

MrsGSR - Legoland is nice, no chavvy loud mouths with cans of Fosters which is always a bonus in my book.

That's reassuring :rotfl: unlike Thorpe Park of course!
I went last year with the kids with work and they loved it. I don't even care if it rains cos it will be awesome no matter what!
