Today I am grateful for both daisies and wild forget-me-nots, for both frozen peas and microwavanle polar bear, for warmth whilst chatting outside, for the washing getting dry outside, for my dh.

Have totally lost my motivation for exercise, don't know why and don't know how to get it back? Any ideas or tips anyone???

Promise yourself you can stop after 10 minutes? Usually by then (unless I'm reeeeally tired) I feel a bit perked up and can keep going! Mind you, not done any today and could have done with it, feeling a bit stressed

Still, SFD 14/15 today :D, been thinking about June's budget (since I've run out of May's, might as well keep busy) and I think that is part of what is making me stressed! Have listed a few things on fleabay so keeping fingers crossed there. Having a bit of an "I-don't-want-to-sell-my-things-they-are-MY-things-and-I-NEED-to-keep-them" moment! Despite the fact I have far too much redundant stuff... Oh I don't know! Feeling dissatisfied. I blame the crunchie I had earlier... :rotfl:

Hi all! Hope everyone has had a good day :) My day has been pretty stressful, but work related so tolerable, lol. Well I did spend today. I managed to snag some yellow sticker bread hovis posh stuff full of seeds:rotfl: for 60p per loaf. I bought 4 and 1 white. That should see us through the week.

Well i'm working from home tomorrow, so hopefully less stress. I too could have done with some exercise, but i've done nothing today. I did yesterday and will tomorrow.

Take care everyone and keep going :)

Evening all :) The toilet roll chat made me laugh. I'm down to my last full roll and was trying to calculate if I'll spend a night in a hotel where I can pinch some before I run out. The answer is no, so I'm going to have to buy some! Not yet though, not for another week or so. Maybe I'll even be able to stretch it til June's budget?

So, today started with a trip to the garage to drop off my car for a service. All was fine with it so no cost :j

This evening was spent in London at a food demonstration/chat by nutritionist Natasha Corrett. The food was really yummy, and not stuff I would normally make (seaweed citrus salad and vegan mango cheesecake), but it was delicious and super easy to make so I may give them a go if I can remember the recipe details. The evening was in Planet Organic, so I used the opportunity to do a spot of food shopping. The shop was a bit like a small, but more friendly, Wholefoods. Mmmm, much fresh produce to be had! I like that!! Stocked up on some yummies to the tune of £27.12 which is from my food budget, and also splurged on a Beetroot, ginger, fennel and apple juice, so that'll be £4.99 out of my misc budget. I don't have a juicer at home so all juices I have need to be bought. I've contemplated buying a cold pressed juicer, but at an average of £150-200, plus the cost of all the veg and fruit, I'm as well just buying the juices as I go. Not the most necessary of purchases I agree, but I LOVE them and feel amazing afterwards. Kinda like a glass of wine, without the wine :)

So, today was not a SFD, my food spends increased by £27.12 and my misc spends increased by £9.09 (car park plus juice).

I don't anticipate more spends for at least a few days, although I may be tempted to buy some seaweed and try to recreate tonight's salad :)

I have moved them. After having a sniff. Then had a oat and chia seed "pudding" with seeds and blueberries on top. That did it. I am now stuffed with no room for chocolate brownies... Although viewing the vegan chocolate at Hotel Chocolat.... :rotfl:

OMG I would have had to have a nibble! Your tooooo disciplined when it comes to cake :A

Not much to report again for me again today apart from another SFD!
This takes my total too 11. Threw 12p over to the savings holiday fund that I found in my pocket too. :money: ha ha

I have a spendy day ahead tomorrow, the cats at the vets for her injections and I might be off to the cinema at night (toying with the idea........but it will push me over social budget, and I fancy doing my nails instead)

    Night tributes x

Hi everyone :) I'm working from home today :T I need to organise my day very well today. I have tons of work to do, my little ones school assembly at 10am and i may try to drop in on my neighbour in my lunch break. The little fella loves it when i can make his assemblies, so i do try when i'm not in the office. I've booked next week off completely :T As it's half term I'm hoping for some nice weather. I will spend today, as i have to still get food in for my sons birthday.I will also exercise. Well take care everyone and have a good day :)

SiannieLaz - hope you get your motivation to exercise back, sometimes your body just needs a break and you will know when you are ready to start again.

Today will be a SFD. I am not working but have lots of cleaning jobs planned starting with the windows. The washing will be going on the line in a moment, then windows, dog walking and am planning a gym visit before the school run.
