I heard of people using diaries as evidence, can this forum and what you have written here help you? Possibly not, but just a thought!0

My keyworker has told me.to.just right a list of the things that have happened then ahe will help write the statement on Tuesday.
The girls think that we are on holiday and i was told to tell them if thwy ask where daddy is that daddy didnt want to come. So far theyve been fine, mentioned daddy a couple of times for things like 'daddy has that, daddy got me that'. A child support worker will be in on Tuesday and ive been told she's brilliant with kids and will be able to advise me on any problems i encounter.
Well at lunchtime, eldest burst into tears saying she misses her daddy. I consoled her and said you will see him soon. She has said it a couple of times since but i havent got a clue what to tell her. My.keyworkers gone home and.the oher staff are in a meeting. The last thing i want to do is lie but at the same.time i dont want to raise her hopes that itll be in the very near future iykwim.0 -

You are doing so well, lalaluna.
I'm sure it's very hard to see your daughter upset, even though it's completely normal. What time does the staff meeting finish? Can you talk to them when it's over?
Sending you lots of love.Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

To the OP - the Womens Aid website has a survivors forum where victims of domestic abuse provide support to each other. Perhaps you can find personal experiences there of how some women deal with the upset the separation has caused to their children, etc? It is also contains posts from those much further down the line who are relieved that they made the break, where they are much more settled and confident, how they've moved on, their coping strategies.

Thanks for that, ive had a quick look and it seems like a good place to take some of my questions.
Currently sat trying to hold back my tears as eldest is still.awake (just drifting off though hopefully). Only half hour ago i was sat worrying that no one will believe me when this goes to court and that ill lose the girls by him doing a runner or something.
Just had the on call staff and a police officer knock at my door. The staff were really.worried if i was alright. Turns out OH used the other phone when it was last switched on to track my location. He knows what town im in and that im in a large house, but he's got the.wrong road. He gave the police the location he 'knows' im at.but the police officer said the.road he thinks im on is at least 1/4 to 1/2 a mile away. Its a relief to know.he.doesnt know my real location but im shaking like a leaf and cant stop crying. I knew hed be able to use something like a location tracker against me but i suppose it never really sunk in. Its.been off for a.couple of days now so it had.just fell to the.back of my mind.
On call have told me to be extra vigilant and to take someone.with me if i go out tomorrow. I was planning to take the.girls to a park just up the road tomorrow but i think ill stay in now.0 -
Im just over an hours drive away from home, i dont think he'll come that far to try and.find me but i suppose there's a chance isnt there. He wont get in the house. Even the police werent allowed in until staff gave permission.0

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that, lalaluna. It's understandable that you're shaken.
Thank goodness he can't get in. It just goes to show (1) the lengths he'll go to to keep control over you, (2) how safe your refuge is, and (3) that you absolutely did the right thing in escaping.
Sending you and your girls big hugs xxxLife is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

When you are calmer you might restore to factory settings.
