Hi Jade,
I signed up nearly 4 months ago and haven't received the voucher. I originally sent an email to the affiliate window address on the 27th July, I sent another on Saturday but still haven't had a reply.
Please could you look into this?
Thanks,
Craig0 -

I fully completed the order online via the link on the newsletter entered the code and everything seemed fine.
I then got a call later in the day saying the there had been issues with EE's website and I needed to complete a separate order over the phone. I did so and as the other poster has said asked several times about the voucher as really that was the main incentive for changing. I was assured that there would be no problem.
However this new order generated a different order number and I've got severe doubts that they will ever send affiliatewindow the necessary confirmation that my account has been activated.
I've spoked and emailed numerous people at EE trying to get someone to listen and simply tell me whether they have sent out the confirmation.
I was also given the eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com email address to try but got no response there.
If the vouchers do not materialise then I will consider that the product has been miss-sold and will take whatever actions are appropriate there.
Really wishing that I had never heard of this offer and got involved with this shambles in the first place. It's already gone a long way past being worth the hassle for £120.
After some promising contact from Affiliate Window they have now been told by EE that my broadband has never been activated despite the fact that I have been using it for the last month.
I've already provided them with the correct order number.
Wasted far too much time on this, far too much time spelling out exactly what has happened only for people to never bother actually reading it. None of the errors were mine (unless you count signing up to EE in the first place, lesson learned there, though) or Affiliate Window's to be fair.
Even if I end up getting the voucher I'll be wishing I had never bothered.
My advice to anyone reading this: avoid EE at all costs.0 -

Hi Loopdreams
We do apologise for the issues you have experienced.
If you have reponded to me regarding your broadband being connected I am having these double checked by EE now, and will have feedback in the next 10minutes. We can then order the voucher and as per our email yesterday have these to you by tomorrow.
I do apologise for the issues you have faced with this, and we are working at making this a smoother process.
If you have any other issues please feel free to contact me at jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused
Thank you

i have been trying to contact 'anyone' regarding this offer
ee customer service say '3rd party offer contact mse.
have tweeted mse but no reply yet! [has anyone got an e-mail address for mse?]
contacted variuos deptments in ee all saying contact mse.
did have contact from lady from ee broad in response to enquire/complaint - told to contact mse.
have been chasing this from the day i applied as i'm sure it was stated that i would receive 2 emails, 1 confirming b/band + 1 from voucher offer.
i only received b/band confirmation.
as no one seems to think it's anything to do with them,
i'm starting to think i've been sold a dummy.
i have also e-mailed the suggested contact.0 -
I've emailed twice and waited, no response. Have emailed Jade direct and still no response0
