Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

Hi,
I order EE broadband in April and never received the Amazon voucher. I have written to eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com twice with my DKI and the other details requested and have not received a reply. Please let me know how I should proceed.

Sorry to hear you havent had a response. We are having a big influx at the moment, so if you have emailed in the last few days we will be hoping to get back to you today.
If you have emailed previous to this please can you email them again stating that you have came from the MSE forum. Remember to include your order date and order reference, beginning DKI, and they will be able to find out where your voucher is.

I emailed back in June asking when I would get my voucher. I was told by Jade that this would be after 3 months despite the ts & cs saying that the voucher would be sent WITHIN 3 month from connection. Not AFTER.
Well today marks the past 3 months stage. So where is my voucher please!?
I have again emailed with all my details to the address for Jade and the generic address at the bottom of the e-mail. I am hoping for a speedy response with my voucher in tow.0 -
I got my voucher a few days ago less than a month after connection. Redeemed it Amazon no problems. So have faith everyone - I believe yours is coming!0

Can I ask when you emailed? All queries were cleared if emailed before Thursday 5pm. We worked through a few on Friday, but today will be trying to pick up as many as possible that came in over the weekend.
