Hello,

I'm new to all this forum thing but I don't know where else I can find this out.

I purchased the ee broadband and telephone deal from ee over their website for £13 per month and paid the line rental up front. I'm not sure if I did it through the money saving link or directly from ee's website as the laptop was messing about and I had to reopen the deal on ee's webpage. Does this matter when it comes to the £120 Amazon gift voucher?

Is there anyway you can check?

    Thanks

    Hi Auntie LaLa

The process does need to be smooth from entering your details after clicking on the link on MSE to making your purchase. You shouldnt divert away, and should purchase directly after entering your details for the voucher.
Did you want me to check if your voucher has tracked? If so please email eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference (beginning DKI) and your order date and we can look in to this for you.

    Thank you

Did you receive your voucher in the end? I'm also experiencing the same problem, i've been told the voucher has been 'puchased' by someone at the affiliate window helpdesk and will be emailed to me shortly. A week has now passed and still no voucher?! I've chased again but no reply this time

I signed up over 3 months ago after seeing this offer on Money saving expert.

Complained to affiliate window via email had not had EE Amazon voucher and have been told by jade Taylor at affiliate window it was on its way, but nothing.

Then out of blue last week got another email from Harry Macfarlane asking for same reference number I gave to Jade. That was last week, 2 chasing emails from me asking for an update and still nothing!

Hopeless company. They/ EE even managed to record my bank account number incorrectly so the order didn't initially go through properly but got stuck halfway, they notified Talk talk of switch, who then cut me off, leaving me with no broadband for 10 days.

Tried complaining to EE tonight and they just directed me to the wrong page on their rewards page which doesn't have this offer. Are all there companies incompetent? Feeling cheated. :(

    Hi Saveasnip

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience so far.

Has your query been picked up again and resolved? If not please do contact myself (Jade) and Harry again, as well as the eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com. Please do also state that you were contacted on thre MSE forum.

Again we apologise for the inconvenience caused

Just registered to post with much the same experience as others are having.

I fully completed the order online via the link on the newsletter entered the code and everything seemed fine.

I then got a call later in the day saying the there had been issues with EE's website and I needed to complete a separate order over the phone. I did so and as the other poster has said asked several times about the voucher as really that was the main incentive for changing. I was assured that there would be no problem.

However this new order generated a different order number and I've got severe doubts that they will ever send affiliatewindow the necessary confirmation that my account has been activated.

I've spoked and emailed numerous people at EE trying to get someone to listen and simply tell me whether they have sent out the confirmation.

I was also given the eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com email address to try but got no response there.

If the vouchers do not materialise then I will consider that the product has been miss-sold and will take whatever actions are appropriate there.

Really wishing that I had never heard of this offer and got involved with this shambles in the first place. It's already gone a long way past being worth the hassle for £120.

    Hi Loopdreams

Sorry to hear of the issues you have had.

Have you recieved your voucher? If not please contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with the details above and explain that you have come from the MSE forums. We can then investigate this further. As I have mentionned in other posts, we do have a team behind this email address ready to deal with your query.

Again we apologise for the inconvenience

Hello, I signed up for this deal via MSE and I have not received my £120 Amazon voucher - I received an email when I signed up with EE and have contacted the email address in that email and they have not responded. I have emailed them twice as there is no phone number. Has anyone else had this problem? Starting to think I have signed up for this and it's just a scam!
