Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

I applied for EE broadband & phone via MSE link using MSE code and have received a 'voucher window' email. I have EE registration number. To date I have not got the MAC code from my existing supplier. As the voucher window has closed, will I still get the voucher when I submit the MAC code?

I believe as your order has been placed with EE, you will be fine. However so we can be sure your order has tracked, please email eevouchers@affiliatewindow with your order reference (beginning DKI) and order date and we can look in to this for you.

If it is voucher related please contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com. We are looking to respond to all emails within 24 hours. We are getting a large amount of emails at current so please bear with us.

I took up the EE broadband offer from the email on the 9th April 2014 using the code EEHBB120 with the offer of a £120 Amazon voucher, but I haven`t received it yet, and I`m finding it impossible to get any info. Can anyone help me please?:mad:0

Thought I would post here as email direct to the eeaffiliates address not responded to (order no and date provided) and posters here at least seem to be getting a response. Appreciate Jade & Co will be under some pressure at the moment but I would quite like my overdue Amazon voucher for an impending birthday event! Also posted on the ee community forum but the response (from someone who is seemingly not an ee employee and lacking in knowledge) was not very enlightening! Fingers crossed!0 -
