Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch and sending us your information.

Unfortunately your order has not tracked correctly with us. However we are happy to honour this. We will be sending it to EE once a week to check whether you have connected. Once we have confirmation of this we will purchase your voucher. We will keep you updated on the progress of this.

If you wish to speed up this process please forward us your latest bill and we will look into this for you in a shorter period of time.

Please be aware vouchers the terms state that voucher will be sent within 3 months of connection.

Sorry again for the delay, and thank you for your patience

Thanks,
The EE Voucher Team

Could a mod or somebody from MSE please help all those of us who have been ripped off by this MSE offer?

Please can an MSE representative reply to this thread?
• I too have sent several emails but received no reply. I know for a fact that my order tracked correctly (voucher window did actually reply to an email three months ago confirming that) and it is a week over the three months since my actual installation took place so I certainly should have received the voucher by now. I am going to start a small claims court action against them which they WILL lose and which WILL cost them far more than the cost of the voucher. i suggest everybody else does the same and that will make them think twice about trying to scam people in future. I agree that I think this is partly Money Saving Expert's fault as well and will think twice about doing anything they recommend in future, as they seem not to be a trustworthy site anymore.

I am thinking of applying for EE broadband and telephone line rental that says From £1.00 a month for the first 12 months then £9.95 a month plus £17.50 monthly line rental, not sure what that means is it really £1 per month for 12 and then 9.95 + £17.50 line rental £28 per does not say how long tho… any one got experience of this and how long after the 12 month contact is for…does not say anything about vouchers tho.

Stay away from EE until this mess is sorted out.

The worrying part is why does no MSE representative reply on this thread.

I have never gone to small claims court before, can you talk us all through it please?

Please can either an MSE or EE representative reply on this thread with some updates?

I am in the same boat, its been three months now, everytime I contact EE they say its nothing to do with us.

How can it be nothing to do with them? I dont understand.

Anyway they blame moneysavingexpert.

What does moneysavingexpert have to say about all this? How long can they ignor us all?

How do we go about taking them to court please? I will not give up up on this, I hate being ripped off.

OK Im making progress starting my first every court case, so Im going to start a claim at the small claims court.

Who is it that I will be taking to court please? Is it EE, or is it moneysavingexpert?

before I take moneysavingexpert to court, could one of the mods or somebody get the right person to reply to this thread, it seems very strange that MSE does not reply here?
