They responded within 24 hours with the same cut and paste as in post number 342 about it supposedly not tracking properly, I replied with a pdf of my bill and got a response within 48 hours saying I'd have my voucher in seven days... email came yesterday with the £120 code for Amazon on the seventh day :T

I wish they treated everybody the same way.
I paid my money before you and am still waiting.0 -
Same story. The 3 months came and went, no response to 3 emails. Got MSE to chase them (VoucherWindow). Magically the voucher appeared. But the code is invalid. 4 days and waiting for response from VoucherWindow and MSE.
Anyone else got invalid codes?0 -
apparently MSE are chasing EE
"We’ll forward your details to our contacts at EE so that they can find out what's going on and update you"
be nice to know whose ultimately responsible for this mess as this is a typical comment from EE
"Unfortunately the Amazon voucher offers are not a direct offer from EE.
There are a few different company's that have done the offer over time.
You would need to know who's website you used to then click through to the EE Store, as this is the company you would need to contact."
I was directed from MSE page to Voucherwindow where I entered the MSE120 code
I downloaded/saved the webpage at the time of the offer, anticipating problems, and if anybody needs it to you are welcome apparently I've now been awarded a badge by MSE for making 10 posts. Perhaps you can give us all a fiver for every wasted day messing about with this0 -
since last nights post I have now been contacted by "Giftcloud" where after entering my email address 10mins later I was awarded the code through a PDF file called "its arrived" this was in junk mail so careful.
this code is best applied by logging onto Amazon then going to "your account-- payments and GC" then " apply a gift card " results in "£120 has been added..."
I hope everyone else gets satisfaction of their voucher as promised as this can not be doing anybody any favours. I will check back as I am not content to see others apparently being given the run around. I guess having a copy of the original web page and emails helped0 -
Still no reply0

Can you post a link, how can we get the code?0 -
I contacted the voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com email address who in turn wanted to contact EE. I pointed out that voucherwindow were the "culprits" and that I had saved emails and webpages from the offer.... seemed to work
I would urge other to take screen shots of these promotions in future especially the links from MSE, to use as evidence if offers never materialise0 -

Yep, same here. After chasing eevouchers@voucherwindow.com I eventually got a voucher from carolina.paradas@affiliatewindow.com a little over 3 months after my contract started.
But when I tried to use the voucher, Amazon said: "Already redeemed to another account. We had a problem redeeming your gift card. This gift card claim code has been redeemed to another account."
I replied to the sender of the voucher and received no reply, so have gone back to eevouchers@voucherwindow.com and also tried eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com
Still awaiting a reply. This is all pretty outrageous.0 -
its getting stupid now, why do MSE not do something?0

I joined EE Home Broadband (which hasn't been very good) in November with the MSE deal of annual line rental in return for £120 Amazon Vouchers. No vouchers arrrived. Eventually they said they would be with me by 23 January. They did not arrive. I emailed them and they gave me and eeaffiliate email address to contact. I contacted them, and they have not replied. I contacted them again, they have not replied. I called EE they said all they can do is email the address. I suspect MSE has made some money out of this deal, but it is a NON deal. And someone is making money from the fact that it is impossible to get the vouchers. How about sorting this out MSE?0
