MSE are not taking this seriously at all.
In the other thread, a few were threatening to take MSE to small claims court, then somebody called Ryan from MSE came on assuring that the £120 vouchers would be sent out.
I am still waiting.
Please can MSE take this seriously, reputation is everything and MSE has their reputation seriously damaged by this.0 -
Could MSE please sort this mess out you said you would0
-

you need to private post MSE RYAN as per post 356 who promised all would be sorted
hope all get the rewards due as otherwise I will not be trusting them in future0 -
Hi guys,
Sorry there are a few people that are still having an issue with this deal.
Just to reiterate, any email sent to us at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com will be responded to within 48 hours at the very latest.
If you have emailed and have not received a response, the only possible reason for this is that we have not received your email.
If this is the case for you, please send me a private post with your email address and I will cross reference this internally to track down your email.
Once again we can promise that every person who took the deal out correctly, following the terms and conditions as instructed will be honoured.
ThanksMSE Ryan

EE and MSE seem to have adopted the principle that "You can fool some of the people all of the time .... and these are the ones we should concentrate on."
They concoct an inducement to sign up to EE phone and broadband by offering £120 of Amazon vouchers after an inexplicable delay of 3 months and then, in many cases, simply fail to supply these.
If any mug should contact EE saying "I have followed all your procedures to the letter and have not received my contracted vouchers" EE tells them "it is nothing to do with us, guv, you need to send a detailed email to eevouchers[at sign]affiliatewindow.com" ... who will fail to reply.
If the mug is persistent and calls back again, EE tells them "it is nothing to with us, guv, it is all down to MoneySavingExpert - you should email them at voucherhelp[at sign]moneysavingexpert.com so that they too can ignore you".
Mugs, like me!, are advised to use the OFCOM complaints process to pursue their claim for the contracted £120 of vouchers and/or apply to the Small Claims section of the County Court via the simple online service which can be found at at moneyclaim.gov.uk
How disappointing that a once-great service like MSE should these days let down its users so badly?0 -
I contacted MSE via link on page 18 on 9/2 and received voucher from Gift Cloud on 17/2. Thanks to MSE for giving a prod. :beer:0

I am also in the same boat :-(
I've just sent an email off to voucher window, let's hope that it gets resolved. MSE should not promote these offers if they are going to cause so much stress.
Let's see how this plays out....0 -
I've also emailed voucherhelp@MSE - fingers crossed.0

Still nothing
This is highly offensive
Especially after mse fobbed us all off, hoping we would forget about itNothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0
