There's no point just continually bumping the thread , if you have an issue then start a new thread on site feedback where it is more likely to get Seen

Tried all that, this is the thread we seem to get an answer.

But the answer has not been true yet,

Has anybody else received their promised vouchers yet?

Mine are very late, I will not forget about this serious broken promise.

  • I for one am still waiting for the voucher, or any reply from the multiple emails I've sent to Voucher Window. I've followed their instructions in the emails I received at the time of taking up the offer, and I know for a fact that my order tracked as I contacted them at the time to check (trying to insure against future problems!) and they confirmed that they had my details on their system. I've also followed MSE Ryan's instructions in this thread but so far have not heard back from MSE either.

Who can we contact, I will not give up

    I hate injustice

    MSE hopes we will forget,

It really has gone on for so long now, we should be compensated for the offensive customer service.

  • I found another avenue to try to contact someone, it's the following MSE page:-
    www.
    moneysavingexpert
    .com
    /faqs/email-the-team-broadbandphonetv/
The forum won't let me post links so you'll have to piece that together.

I've actually had a reply from someone at MSE through this, and they have said they are forwarding the details on to Affiliate Window to chase the voucher.

AG47, maybe you could try the same.
  • I finally got my voucher today, after many months. Credit to the MSE team and Imogen specifically, my thanks go out for their help, without which I'd be high and dry. Voucher worked too, and the credit is now in my Amazon account. Anyone still waiting, use the contact page Ilinked in my last post.

Affiliate Window claimed that my order didn't track, telling MSE on Wednesday that this was the reason a voucher wasn't received automatically. Either this is untrue, or what they told me when I contacted them at the time of order in October was untrue, when they confirmed to me that my order had in fact tracked and they had my details on their system. This leaves me very suspicious, and judging by the many corroboratory comments in this thread, it sounds like their default tune.

I'm glad the matter is finally closed, and I won't be entering into any of these cashback / voucher claim offers again - for the modest savings offered, it is just not worth the hassle. I wonder how many people have given up before this point, or just forgotten about it, and therefore lost all consolation.
