I sent my email off last week, got a response from MSE saying if the email was regarding EE it would be forwarded onto them automatically. Nothing heard yet from EE now.
To anyone who's beenthough the same thing: How long do they normally take to reply? And should I send another email to MSE as I've heard nothing for a week or more?
• When you first registered with EE you should have got an email headed Voucher Window.
This tells you what to do if you want to know when you will receive your voucher and directs you to eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

This will display an email asking for the following:-
• My order reference is:
My order date is:
The email address I registered with is:
You can get this information from the email EE sent you welcoming you to EE broadband and confirming your order.

Send, and wait for the reply from Digital Window. In my case they informed me that my order had not tracked properly, but Molly sorted it out and I got my voucher within a week. Thanks again Molly.

Hi
I signed up 8/10/14 and have received no voucher. I have tried emailing mse who sent an automated reply saying they would forward to ee. Heard nothing further so did a second time. Still no progress. What should i do next?
Thanks
John

Just sent an email to them as well thanks.
Wait and see what happens next. was it the people at Digital Window that sorted out the tracking error or someone elsewhere?

Thanks

I didn't even get this! Now emailing the address given by Boracic-lint; thanks, very useful as I think I have accidentally deleted my original Voucher Window email :-(

I also have not received my voucher. I have double checked my EE bills, and I paid the line-rental up front etc. I don't know why my order hasn't tracked. How do I chase this up or get MSE to chase this up on my behalf? Thanks!
• Thanks to Molly Lediard for sorting out my voucher; just a shame we have to go through this process. molly.lediard@affiliatewindow.com

UPDATE: Emailed affiliatewindow with my order details and was told the order had not tracked properly. Molly managed to resolve the issue and get my voucher out to me without too much trouble or fuss. Thanks Molly

I received my voucher from Amazon after 3 months, with no problem. But since switching from Sky, where I had constant speeds of over 16MB/sec, I now only get up to 10MB, and at the moment, as is common, only 2MB speeds, which means I have to wait up to a minute for a page to load or sometimes pages won't even load. It's truly awful and I wish I had stayed with Sky.
