Hi. I appear to be one of the many new EE customers who have been suckered in to the Amazon gift voucher deal but have not received their voucher. I feel cheated. I have emailed Jade who appears to be genuinely trying to sort this mess out. Let's see what happens??0

Hi, and yet another customer not received the promised voucher - I was banking on having this pre-Christmas as indicated by your time scale, but nothing.. Would it be simpler to issue everyone's vouchers and honour your deal rather than inconvenience so many people in the hope they don't bother? When will I receive mine if it's already a month late? I have tried to use the EE community forum but am unable to contact the supervisors as they have turned off receiving mail despite telling people this is the method to contact them.
I just don't understand any company that uses an incentive package to attract customers then fails to manage it and generates so much bad publicity.

Just a quick update on the voucher saga. I have received my Amazon voucher!! BIG THANKYOU to Molly and Jade at affiliatewindow who appear to be real people who are there to assist with this issue. I was worried that I had been scammed but my faith in MSE has been restored. Thanks again.
