Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

I took out EE broadband through the link on moneysavingexpert.com at the start of June. After three months when the £100 amazon voucher hadn't arrived I emailed [EMAIL="eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com"]eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com[/EMAIL] to no avail. Since then I've been passed around different EE departments when phoning them and been told so many different things by different EE advisers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company.
One person I phoned and explained that emailing [EMAIL="eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com"]eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com[/EMAIL] had not helped said they had logged my call, passed the information onto their supervisor and the voucher would be with me within two weeks. After the two weeks and still no voucher, when I phoned again a different person said the previous call had been logged and that they would phone me back at a specific time the next day and have it sorted by then, they never called back. During my next phone call to EE I was told that I needed to contact amazon directly, when I asked why I hadn't been told this earlier there was no explanation. After calling amazon who told me they couldn't help me and that I should try to contact moneysavingexpert.com I am literally at my wits end. What do I do next? Has anyone got anywhere with a complaint to EE?

Hi,
I signed up for the EE home broadband deal in mid August where you pay the line rental upfront and get a £ 120 Amazon voucher.
At the time of purchase is said the voucher would be received within a few months. I still haven't received it and obviously would be great to have it before christmas.
Anyone received theirs or know how to speed it up?

I joined EE through MSE in June to take advantage of the Amazon £120 voucher.
A few months ago I contacted customer services about a billing query. By the by, the agent let slip that, after the first six months, the Customer Discount of £7.45 on my Account Charges would no longer apply and I'd be paying £9.95 instead of the present £2.50.
I ended up sending EE an extract of the original offer from my MSE email of 18/06/14.
" Unlimited broadband: You pay £2.50/mth, so £30 for 1yr (avail to 95% of UK). The price'll rise after contract end."
EE got back and confirmed that I was right and I'd pay only £2.50 for the whole year. So watch your bills, they might try it on!
The last two months I have been billed for calls to a landline number that I never made. Pasting the number into the search box revealed that it was Orange Broadband telesales. I got on the phone again to EE and have been promised a refund but it wasn't without hemming and hawing and passing me around and parroting my name and password each time.
They don't make it easy. I really do think they're trying it on. Watch them!

So today is the last day of the month. Hope fully they will send me the voucher in next 1-2 days. If not what are my options? There is no one I can contact on MSE they are as useless as Affiliate window.
I will stop using MSE and there should be some accountability by MSE to promote such an offer which the company may have no intention to honour.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had dealt with returning an EE router? Ours arrived today after cancelling an in-process contract over the weekend and, as per the website's "Returns, refunds and charges from cancelling" page, it's not clear to me if we are to send it back, via a sent-out silver bag.
No mention of a bag, or return of router, was mentioned in the phone call and I am unable to log into the EE forums with the account info originally sent out to us.
Naturally, I'm not eager for the process (if actually incomplete), to drag on.

Please find below a copy of the email I received when placing my order for home broadband and telephone with EE via the link on MoneySavingExpert.com.
I followed the link and entered all the details and placed our order on 8th May 2014 after receiving the link below and our contract with EE went live on 28th May 2014.
Please also find attached a copy of my EE bill showing my bills for 8th and 28th May 2014 as proof of my order.
It has been well over 3 months but I have still not received the promised £120 voucher for Amazon as promised. I have been looking on the MSE website forum for help and can see many other people have also had the same issue.
I can see that some of them with your help have finally been able to get this issue resolved with your help and therefore I am asking you to sort this out for me as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon with a resolution to this problem.
