  • I signed up for the EE broadband deal with £120 Amazon voucher in August...I've not yet received the voucher despite chasing twice and being told it was sent. Rubbish.

  • My husband and I purchased the EE broadband deal in April 2014. I waited the three months and then started chasing EE for our voucher in August. I have been back and forward with Harry McFarlane and recently Molly Lediard, and was eventually sent an Amazon voucher redemption code.

    This code turned out to be invalid, and I am STILL waiting for this to be resolved nearly eight months after purchasing the deal.

    I am so fed up. This is completely unacceptable. Can anyone tell me what to do? I fear I may just end up contacting yet another EE/Affiliate Window representative who will fob me off again.

    I have had the same problem - 4 months on and no voucher.

    I waited four months for a response, then wrote to customer relations and heard back within a couple of days. Apparently, my order had not tracked properly (not sure why as I received an email telling me when I would receive the voucher after I'd signed up), but the voucher then arrived within a day. So, those of you who haven't received your voucher - I would urge you to contact them. They responded pretty quickly in my case.

    Very disappointed, feel dirty, like burgled or thieved from.
