Well here we are four working days since I was assured my Amazon Voucher would be with me within four working days... I guess I should have known better. This whole saga is now turning into one lie after another. Such a terrible way to treat your customers.

Sadly my voucher has not appeared in spite of contacting Affiliate Window and receiving a promise as of last week.

I noticed there was a BBC journalist sniffing around this thread earlier and wonder if anything came of that?

Could you possibly chase up my Amazon voucher for me please. I notice from the MSE forum that people have been getting the runaround with this and I would be grateful if this could be resolved sooner rather than later.

My voucher appeared this evening and has credited to my account. So thank you to whoever made this happen.

I hope that the problems with this promotion have been identified, as it doesn't reflect well on EE or MSE brands to have this happen.

That said I am pleased with the deal, and unlike some others my broadband is fine. After EE sent the engineer to the right house that is..

Well the Voucher did finally turn up and EE have compensated me for all the time and stress of chasing this up.

I joined EE in September 2014 through the mse offer which included the £120 Amazon voucher & was advised I would receive this after 3 months. I have never received anything & have just contacted EE who said it is nothing to do with them. But advised me to contact you on here. Please could somebody help regarding this. Thank you.

I received an email from: molly.lediard@affiliatewindow.com
(Molly works for an agency and not EE directly.) I just had to quote my order reference number and she sorted it all out. I got the voucher a few days later.
This number was on a PDF attached to an email from EE, headed "Broadband & Weekend Calls with unlimited usage" which arrived shortly after ordering.

I posted on here on Tuesday 3rd March yet i can't find my post?

I joined EE in Sept & i was advised i would receive my £120 amazon voucher after 3 months. I have not received anything. When i contacted EE they told me it was nothing to do with them & suggested i contact you on here. Sadly i see that i am not the only one! Please could this be looked into.

Hi.

Just before Christmas I ordered broadband from EE via the link on MSE to get a £100 Amazon voucher.

It's now been over the 3 months they said the voucher would be emailed to me in. I remember at the time there was an email or phone number set up on MSE to assist with vouchers that had not been recieved but as the offer has no ended I cannot find the link.

Does anyone have any details of where the best place is to contact?
Anyone had a similar experience with this offer?
