Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

I can't believe a company could be so underhand... It's been 4 months and 3 days and not a word about my £120 Amazon voucher. It clearly stated 'within' 3 months in the original terms. I wonder if they would mind me being this late with my direct debit? In an attempt to recover my promised cash back, I've sent all the details today via 2 emails, one to the general affiliatewindow address and one to Jade Taylor. I don't think it's fair that a massive company like EE should make customers jump through hoops before they comply with the terms of their agreement. In fact I would go as far to say that I believe they should be prosecuted for continuously failing to meet their obligations. Heaven knows the broadband is awful enough.0

I have now been waiting 4 months for a voucher. I have emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com a couple of times and received a email from Molly stating a voucher would be purchased and sent to me - still nothing. Have now emailed Jade so lets hope this gets resolved.
I trusted MSE but this is very disappointing and some care should have been taken when offering promotions via their website/brand.0 -
Well this is how my week has been. After messaging Jade on Monday I received the following from someone called Molly on Tues lunchtime.

Hi Doug.
Was this for a cashback offer or Amazon Voucher? If it's for cashback I can chase them- if for Amazon voucher then I can find out where your voucher is.
Thanks,
Molly

Hi Molly, as stated clearly in capital letters in the subject line and the first line of my message, it was an Amazon voucher to the value of £120 offered as a casback. I am very disappointed that EE has not fulfilled it's obligation as agreed at the inception of our agreement and further frustrated that I have had to take time out to chase this. Very un cool. Please, without further delay forward the £120 Amazon voucher as agreed. Thank you. Signed Douglas Wilson0 -
And then it all gets a bit, misleading? Molly replies Wed Lunchtime saying it can take 'up to' 4days...

Hi Doug,
Sorry for the delay you have experienced. Your order unfortunately hasnt tracked correctly, however because of the wait you have faced we will be purchasing the voucher for you on Thursday.
Please keep an eye on your inbox and junk folder and allow up to four working days.
Thanks
Molly
So I sent Molly a message this morning, just to let her know I hadn't gone away..

Hi Molly and thanks again for sorting out my £120 Amazon voucher for today. I'm keeping an eye out, it hasn't arrived yet. Kind regards. Doug Wilson
I thought It might be soon now. After all it was now 4 months and one week. Well past the date EE had agreed to send out my voucher out. Imagine my disappointment when I received the latest message...

Hi Doug,
I will be purchasing it today and it will take 4 working days to process. It will be with you next week.
Thanks,
Molly
I am gobsmacked at the contempt EE has shown towards me in honouring our agreement and as far as I'm concerned has failed to fulfil the obligations of our agreement. Anyone know of any recourse I can take. The way they have failed many many customers really should be reported in the media.0 -
So firstly they ignore our agreement where they said they will send me an £120 Amazon voucher 'within' 3 months. Then they stall by pretending they couldn't understand what my message was regarding and then 'it can take up to 4 days to reach my email' to 'it will take four days to reach my email'.
Just like every mobile phone company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with, they cannot be trusted, it would seem they routinely lie and try to cheat customers as a matter of course. And to top it all off the Broadband is terrible as bad as talk talk.0 -
Thank you for sorting this out - I've now received my voucher :j0

Please can you email me (jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com) today stating that we spoke on the forums and I can search your details and found the voucher.

Jade- Representing EE
Hi Jade,
It's been over six months and I have not received my ee amazon vouchers as promised, can you please look into this.
I have emailed you and attached the pdf of order confirmation.
Thank you0 -
I really can't believe it's been more than 6 months and have not received anything, what a scam!
Hope those who are responsible for this realise that lying to and deceiving others is not a nice thing....0 -
I got the voucher through MSE link. Received it before I even got connected. Unfortunately, the £100 voucher was not worth the problems I have had to endure since changing from BT.0
-
Still no voucher. I must congratulate EE and it's marketing team.... Not only will I no longer continue with the broadband deal when it expires. But I also have 2 mobiles 1 with EE and the other T mobile(EE) and my wife has 1 with EE. It will give me great pleasure in taking my business elsewhere, which is what I will do now that EE has messed me around with this deal...0
