Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

We're another one having no end of trouble with this offer. Same story, we have to chase up with them for any kind of response and we got the "oh, we don't have your details" line.

With so many people in the same boat either the people running this thing are incompetent or deliberately dragging their heels so they don't have to pay up.

Has anyone else had very poor service when signing up to the EE broadband deal, which was posted on MSE website approx a month ago?

I signed up to it and over a week after our EE activation date we still don't have our router so we can not get online at home.

I have phoned them 6 times at least and although we have been compensated none of their customer services staff seem that bothered.

11 months later and no voucher or response from the affiliate email address. Anyone else still battling? Any advice?

Hi all

I switched my home broadband to EE on the MSE offer which gives a £120 Amazon voucher after switching.

I started using the new EE router 3 weeks ago and it's all working fine but I have not received any communication at all about the voucher. I thought it was supposed to come by email?

Should I contact EE or Amazon about this? Or do I need to wait longer?

Mine came this morning, i received email from 'Giftcloud', press 'get gift', new window opens with your code.

I got connected on 26th October. Can anyone tell me when the voucher will be sent please? I do need goods from Amazon urgently.

It is nothing to do with Amazon, If you contact them they will just tell you to go back to EE as they are the ones doing the promotion not Amazon.

You're best bet is to contact EE broadband and get them to check, Normally it's about a month.

I done a google search and EE community came up with some results.

I fully understand that it has nothing to do with Amazon. I was just stating that I needed goods from them fairly urgently!

The terms quoted above are perfectly clear:

'Your gift certificate will be sent by Amazon.co.uk to the email address provided, within 3 months from connection and valid for a period of 10 years.'

So you can't expect it until around mid-February.
Looks like you'll have to finance your Amazon purchases from other sources.
