Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

I took out EE broadband through the link on moneysavingexpert.com at the start of June. After three months when the £100 amazon voucher hadn't arrived I emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com to no avail. Since then I've been passed around different EE departments when phoning them and been told so many different things by different EE advisers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company.
One person I phoned and explained that emailing eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com had not helped said they had logged my call, passed the information onto their supervisor and the voucher would be with me within two weeks. After the two weeks and still no voucher, when I phoned again a different person said the previous call had been logged and that they would phone me back at a specific time the next day and have it sorted by then, they never called back. During my next phone call to EE I was told that I needed to contact amazon directly, when I asked why I hadn't been told this earlier there was no explanation. After calling amazon who told me they couldn't help me and that I should try to contact moneysavingexpert.com I am literally at my wits end. What do I do next? Has anyone got anywhere with a complaint to EE?0 -
Hi,
I signed up for the EE home broadband deal in mid August where you pay the line rental upfront and get a £ 120 Amazon voucher.
At the time of purchase is said the voucher would be received within a few months. I still haven't received it and obviously would be great to have it before christmas.
Anyone received theirs or know how to speed it up?
Admin can you sort this??

I registered for the ee broadband offer in August, a voucher being promised within three months. Thought it was so good I registered my friend some days later.
Well they got their voucher but I have not, five emails later they have still not honoured the offer.
Money saving web site does not seem to have any way of reporting this.
Strange really, if they promote a deal they should also try to help us get the company concerned to honour the deal.
Interested if anyone else has had a similar experience with deal not being honoured by companies morning saving expert reccomend?

I am also having the same issue with the voucher, signed up on 16th July, and was activated 8th August. It is ridiculous that so many people are having the same issue and are having to go chasing for these.
I have emailed both email address' provided in this thread and received no response. I'm hoping that this post will get me somewhere!
The deal is not even worth signing up for without the voucher.
Poor service from EE and MSE.

I signed up to say that I took out this deal in June, still no voucher.
I have emailed Jade and EE today, so will see if this makes any difference!

Is anyone else having difficulty receiving their free £100 Amazon Voucher? I signed up for EE Broadband and Calls at the end of July this year and still have not received my voucher. I used MSE's EE Deal link and put in the appropriate code. What I do receive are the exact same email replies asking for my Unique Ref. No. which I keep on supplying. Back to square one. I wonder if anyone has actually received theirs with no problems, I would be very interested to hear from other forum users.:D
