Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

I registered for the ee broadband offer in August, a voucher being promised within three months. Thought it was so good I registered my friend some days later.
Well they got their voucher but I have not, five emails later they have still not honoured the offer.
Money saving web site does not seem to have any way of reporting this.
Strange really, if they promote a deal they should also try to help us get the company concerned to honour the deal.
Interested if anyone else has had a similar experience with deal not being honoured by companies morning saving expert reccomend?0 -
we have had the exact same problem neither companies are willing to help and seems near on impossible to contact martinlewis,i have sent countless emails/messages, we were relying on these vouchers for Christmas. Have you received any help since posting this?0

I am also having the same issue with the voucher, signed up on 16th July, and was activated 8th August. It is ridiculous that so many people are having the same issue and are having to go chasing for these.
I have emailed both email address' provided in this thread and received no response. I'm hoping that this post will get me somewhere!
The deal is not even worth signing up for without the voucher.

Received £100 voucher 27th November
Yes it wasn't as smooth as it could have been but for £13.50 month I'm pretty happy with EE. No problems with the stability or speed0 -
Is anyone else having difficulty receiving their free £100 Amazon Voucher? I signed up for EE Broadband and Calls at the end of July this year and still have not received my voucher. I used MSE's EE Deal link and put in the appropriate code. What I do receive are the exact same email replies asking for my Unique Ref. No. which I keep on supplying. Back to square one. I wonder if anyone has actually received theirs with no problems, I would be very interested to hear from other forum users.:D0

Well, I see my first post was moved. I am amazed to see so many of you have had problems with receiving the Free Voucher. I signed up factoring in the £100 in the price of the Broadband and thought it was a cheaper deal than TalkTalk. How wrong was I? I should have stayed with TalkTalk. I really did not think that a company headed by Martin Lewis would renege on a deal to send a voucher. It says it would be automatically sent within 3 months. We shouldn't have to chase these. It really is not what I would have expected from MSE. I signed up on 31st July 2014 and waited patiently for my voucher. I have written 4 times and received the same reply twice over asking for my unique ref.no. which I have already supplied twice. I cannot believe this at all. I am now waiting for a reply from Martin himself with an explanation.0
